Workers drilling in morning because renovations are happening in building ...the lift occupied due to workers renovating but only on floor 2 so walked down...

Wonderful staff who were very friendly and helpful. 24hur at the reception same staff. Good location and I feel worth the money ...... basic but very comfortable so well done on the staff. We had one problem with the room and the staff solved the problem for us ....... so we were very happy 😊... nice hot water and hairdryer .

Mosquito bites—we’d wake up with a couple every morning. Small shower: 2ft x 2ft/.6m x .6m. I took to turning off the shower and opening the door to reach my lower extremities, and the shower door only opened at an acute angle, so you might not be able to get into the shower at all if you’re too fat. Piazza Garibaldi is loud til at least 11pm.

The room had a few issues, the bed quilt had stains on it as did the base of the bed, the shower head was caked up with scale so when you turned on the shower the water came out like a hose, the furniture looked old and tired and had cigarette burns on it, other than that the room was clean and turned down every day, the staff were polite apart for a few things the hotel was ok

We found great help at the hotel. We arrived at the reception very late and they went out of the way to be accommodating and helpful. The room was pleasant with street view.

Pretty much everything you can think of. The hotel staff always smoking at the main entrance even though they have the door propped open still of course smells like cigarette smoke when you leave the hotel and come back to the hotel. Another thing when you get to the room itself, it looks very empty and nothing works correctly. They literally have a broken mini refrigerator in the bathroom that’s weird. And when you take a shower, the water will drain super slow and the shower head is broken so the water comes out in a very weird way and like I said the water didn’t drain fast enough so most of the water ended up leaking onto the bathroom floor. Also the toilet didn’t flush correctly. And the WORST thing is I got a bunch of mosquito bites when I woke up. And also one of the wall plugs was very loose. And also the heaters didn’t not work. And also, I found it kind of weird that they had a chair, but they didn’t have a table in the middle of the room. And I don’t know if it’s only me but I found it weird that if you want to walk outside of the hotel, you need to leave your room key with reception. Lastly there was some random chunk of hair around the area you flush the toilet. Overall no good everything.

The hotel is like horror movies. Beds are uncomfortable and smell, and the bathroom is the dirtiest i have ever seen. The sink is clogged, and the shower cabin is full of mauling. Not recommending at all. It's better to sleep on the street.

Shower was fabulous! lots of water pressure and very hot water. Balcony was spacious and the views were great! Beds were comfortable and the room was pleasant. Staff was very helpful and nice. Not the way I had heard about Naples was.. it was great! Looking forward to returning and will stay at same hotel and same room if possible!
