Bit older decor, bathroom shower wasnt great.

Danielle is a total professional and very courteous, along with another gentleman (don’t know his name, but he escorted us to our room and to our taxi when we left). The staff is very friendly and they really made us feel welcomed there was construction as the place is renovating. Noisy in the morning but it was fine, it was like alarm clock. No doubt the location is perfect.

Location, location and location!!! this place is perfect. 2 blocks from Trevi Fountain, People in reception and at breakfast are great! always willing to help and with a smile. Was a lovely experience and by sure we will be back.

Having to lug our heavy luggage up the initial 7-8 steps to the reception; the long waits for the beautiful brass lift.

Perfect location located in the Colonna district; central and easy access to the Spanish Steps; the Piazza Venezia and it’s huge Vittorio Emmanuele monument, the Pantheon and it’s eat-streets in another direction and of course the beautiful Trevi Fountain is just a 3min walk around the corner. The nearby dept store and major chain shops are good for shopping hauls. The bar next door to the hotel offers perfect snack and meal options, along with good drink options.

I like it mostly of the location ,very near to the bus station to go anywhere. Also very near to trevi fountain, Pantheon, lots of restaurants walking distance Breakfast at the rooftopp is just amazing

Bathrooms need renovating

Location was great and hotel very clean. The taxi we booked through hotel yesterday was not too great. He was on the phone all the time and concentrating more on his conversation rather than the driving.

Ants in the bathroom and some were found in my sons bed. Nothing catastrophic but minor nuisance. Shower pretty small but I guess normal for boutique hotel in center of Rome.

Perfect location. Very easy to take the bus to main attractions. Excellent staff especially Giuliana. Breakfast was great. Staff very friendly. Beds super comfortable. Cleaning staff very friendly and accommodating.

VERY Small bathroom

Amazing friendly Giuliana made us feel welcome and she was very kind and helpful. Room is nice and clean. Bathroom was very small. Barely could move in the shower.

The location was fabulous, right around the corner from the Trevi fountain but without the noise! The rooms were comfortable, clean and with air conditioning. The staff was helpful with proactively asking us if we needed a taxi or tour. As a bonus, Roberto, at the next door restaurant @giaroma.it served us wonderful pizzas and antipasti dishes.

The location was amazing! We could walk to anything, but the Vatican. You could technically walk there as well, but we had kids and that was a bit far for them. The a/c was amazing! They played music on Sunday that came through a speaker in the rooms. You had the option to turn it up, down or off. We left it on because it was just pleasant and a nice touch.

The breakfast didn't have a lot of options. You eat practically the same thing if you follow a diet. The fridge didn't seem to work, you couldn't move the curtains enought so you could let some light in the room. The room was dark with not much access to light.

Very close to the city center, the bed was comfortable and the staff very welcoming and helpful, especially the young man at the desk. It was nice that you could open the windows.

Hard mattress. Cleaning supplies area at our door, resulting in staff noise and piles of dirty laundry to pass by to get out the door. Dark room lacking lighting to even read.
