Room was really small. Not a big issue as we only use it to sleep and have a bath but in case you plan staying in room, space can be an issue

Breakfast was great. Location is only good if you plan to stay there and go from the hotel to the sea and the opposite. Rimini is more than 15min by car if you plan to visit it

Parking is difficult. There are some parking places in front of the hotel. But they were fully booked. So we had to find a parking place in the street. Although it is not allowed to park in the small street, many customers were parking there. So we did the other day. There was no problem. If you are there in high season it would be different, I suppose.

Modern family hotel just some steps away from the beach. Our room was very small, but had everything we needed for 2 nights. If you stay longer choose a room that is bigger than 15 sqm. We had a very small balcony, fitted for one chair. But we saw the sea. Breakfast is delicious, many choices, sweet and salty.

Even if you book the room with the option to "pay upon arrival" , the hotel staff make you pay in advance (through bank transfer or by blocking money on your card)

Receptionists were really awesome.. Table booking in restaurants.. or late night service. Swimming pool quite big with hot water.. and right next to pool was bar with drinks.. perfect Absolutely amazing breakfast..

We’re not dissapointed in anything as everything was up to expectation. The only downside was bed size. The double bed was only 180cm long and I’m taller than that so my feet were hanging down.

A bit too firm beds

Super clean hotel very close to the beach. Super friendly staff that knew a lot about Stockholm Hammarby Football-team 🇳🇬⚽️. Small but effective rooms. Best breakfast We have ever had in a italian hotel.

We booked room with view but somehow we got another room with no view and very small balcony. Tried to change the room, but the hotel was full apparently which explains why we got another room. I suppose that during the booking this was the only room available. The bed was round in the room and taking too much space, and the shower was super tiny,same for the bathroom, just one person can get in the bathroom at once. The room looked clean but there were hairs on the floor when we arrived. We did not have glasses at all in the room, which was strange, but towels were great at least.

Breakfast was good, the location is great, the beach is super close, the receptionists were very nice and helpfull.

The bunk bed and the room for 4 persons is too small. The rest are good stuff are very nice

Due to the measures of the covid-19 situation there was no buffet breakfast resulting in a crowd + little choice

Super-friendly staff, excellent breakfast, parking at the hotel or 400 meters away. 50 meters to the beach. Many restaurants nearby. Sufficient wifi (5 Mbps). 5km from Rimini city center. Very nice place for vacation.

-hairdryer worked poorly -pool wasn’t available after 7pm (would be perfect to relax after a long walking day) -after breakfast we went to pool (we were there about 2h), when we got back room wasn’t clean. Then when we were getting ready to leave room - cleaner came. We said that we will leave after 1h(cleaner doesn’t speak English). When we came back at 9pm- still room wasn’t clean (I even placed their sign “please clean our room” when we left). 🤷‍♀️

Really liked to stay at this villa! ☺️🌿 Location beautiful! Staff was really nice! ☺️ Parking wasn’t available at the hotel. But they offered to park car for 5€ per day in parking lot (5min walk). Breakfast was delicious! breakfast had a very large selection ☺️ They have pool that is very warm (a little strange to use it in hot weather), but we enjoyed spending time at pool. ☺️👍
