The location is 5 minutes from the Milano Centrale and 35 minutes from Milano Duomo or The Sforzesco Castle. The room is large and the bed is comfortable. The bathroom is well-equipped. The breakfast is typically Italian: coffee, croissants, and freshly squeezed fruit juice, at a cafeteria nearby. Nearby one can find many places to eat local or international food or to drink a Spritz or a glass of wine. We walked a lot each day, and we didn't need a transportation card .

Authentic experience of living in a beautiful historic building with a cozy patio. Though The interior has modern finish and functionality. The location is perfect: it’s close to the railway station, however the neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful. A lot of cafes and restaurants nearby. The host is friendly, welcoming and helpful. Linens and towels were perfectly clean.

Only one small issue, is that there is no office at the building, so you have to arrange your arrival with the host, as he owns three buildings under the same name.

Everything was great, the room was vintage and modern at the same time! It has everything we wanted and was super cleaned and well equipped.

Alas, I had an early departure (7:10 train) so was not able to take up their breakfast offer at a nearby restaurant. Not an issue for the property, I just wish I could've sampled it because it sounded excellent.

Located in an old Milano apartment, it oozed old school charm. I was met outside and given all the details of my stay and shown to my room which was excellent for a single (as I'd requested).

A very pleasant room decorated in an Old American style.Comfy beds and quite spacious in an interesting old building.Close to the train station &metro.Breakfast was served in a little cafe across the road were you received coffee,fresh orange juice and a pastry.There is a very good fish restaurant across the road where we enjoyed a meal and a friendly service.we visited the science museum and had a guided tour of the extremely beautiful Cathedral ,even going on the roof.

Great location, service was impeccable from the beginning. Giorgio was quick to respond and gave us clear instructions. House keeping was unexpected but greatly appreciated. Would definitely rebook on another visit and recommend to everyone! Breakfast was perfect and owners of the cafe just down the block were super kind and friendly. Served us even after 11am.

Great place. We had a warm welcome and told of the near by transport and how to get to place we wanted to visit. The room was spacious and very comfortable. We felt safe, easy walk to the central station (with suitcases). We would definitely stay again.

It was difficult to contact staff when help was required. If we had not met other visitors from the hotel, we would not have known how how to get in the main doors Or found out that we could leave luggage in the entrance hall after we had vacated our room ( checked out).

None to complain. It would have been very nice to have washer / dryer in the groom itself. But that could be very uncommon in Italy, but it was just our expectations. But Gerogo helped us to find one nearby (walkable distance). So nothing to complain as such.

I liked the smooth checkin process and any help was within a push a button (whatsapp msg). The owner or manager (Gerogo) was very friendly and helpful. He went into the details for any questions we ask. Overall a wonderful experience, the hotel is located very close to the central station.

As with many of these " holiday rentals" as opposed to hotels, there is no office, so you have to coordinate effectively to ensure access. Not always easy when travelling by train.

If I had to choose something, I'd say the lack of a view, but it didn't really bother us.

We had a lovely warm welcome by the owner. His explainations of where to look for restaurants, where to find the nearby metro stations, how to get into the building and how everything worked in our room were extremely helpful! It made our 1 day in Milan really exceptional and easy. The room itself was also clean and comfortable with all the facilities we needed. It is also very close to multiple metro stations, restaurants and the main train station.
