How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

There is a church nearby that has a bell that rings every half hour, until midnight. Really disturbing

When we got to the airport we followed the instructions sent by the hotel for the shuttle service… the instructions were good but the phone number i rang never got answered so we eventually had to pay for a taxi .
Breakfast was very good and extremely varied, the fresh coffee made by staff was a nice touch. The hotel is in a great location for the airport.

No groceries found near the hotel after 23-00 (this relates to the location but not to the hotel).
Close to the airport. To sleep overnight is perfect. Fast transfer. Vending machines are present, you can order pizza at the bar.

No slippers, no free water, paid transfers. Also transfer took around 25 minutes from the home to Terminal 2, be careful.
Near the airport and has transfer to and from airport every half an hour. Comfortable bed and pillows. Transfer time from the airport, Terminal 1, to the hotel was around 5 minutes.

They offer Shuttle to/from terminals but not for free. Is not much but is not free. The aeroport offer free shuttle bus between terminals that run every 15min from 4.00am. From the bus stations there are 900m till the hotel. In my room were two double beds, but there is only one socket for charging phone and it is between beds. Total sockets you can find in the room are 3 free, one fror TV and one for refrigerator. In the minibar there is water (2 eoro a bottle), bt on the hall there is automatic maschine with 1 euro bottle, but tou need coins.
Location is between terminals. 900m from the main street. The area is nice and peacefull. The staff is professionist.

It is really quite isolated, to go anywhere you have to use hotel shuttle at 5 Euros each way. However it was very efficient.

It would be perfect for me if it was possible to have hot water in the room.
The shuttle bus service is very helpful. It took less than 10 mins from the airport to this hotel by the shuttle bus. The driver was very kind. The room is large enough to open and re-pack my two suitecases easily.

The staff was not helpful. We forgot a charger in the room and when the next day I asked them to keep it for me, they told me that is gone.

The staff were helpful. The place is near the airport, 5€ by the shuttle per person. Available every 30 minutes, all day.

Floor and carpet did not feel clean to walk on. Only 2 pillows on large bed.
Good breakfast buffet selection. Shuttle available to and from nearby airport. Window in the room could be opened, nice to get fresh air and completely quiet all night. Fortunately the restaurant was still open when we arrived so we could have some pizza.

The restaurant in the evening is very very expensive and not worth the money. But you don't have a choice there is nothing around. The vending machines don't receive card payment.

It was hard getting to and from the hotel using the shuttle bus. The rooms very quite small.

The hotel is an excellent choice for early departures or late arrivals. It is located 7 minutes drive from Malpensa, rooms are clean and simple, good shower, parking. Shuttle service. Will come back.

Although the rest of the breakfast was absolutely fine, I'm afraid that the coffee was poor. In Italy, we've come to expect really good coffee - and while this was drinkable, it wasn't the best.
Our room was large, and very clean and we each had a very comfortable double bed. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The Shuttle Bus facility is very helpful.

The area is completely remote. Don't plan more than a night.
