It’s difficult to find. There isn’t clear signage outside. Water was extremely hot and difficult to moderate to warm. It seemed like we barely had cold water. They also left one roll of toilet paper with no refills or extra rolls on the property.

Good value. Location was good. A block from the light rail which was very convenient.

Location was fine, about a ten minute walk to the train station and twenty to the sights. Room was comfy and quite spacious. Quirky furnishings - closet was in the shape of a London phone booth. There’s a lift and a shared kitchen and you can leave luggage too. Great shower with hot water

The floor of the shower is slippery, it's impossible for me to make right temperature of the shower, either tpo hot or too cold, my room was along the street, during the night, it's too noisy to sleep.

The location is good, ten minutes walking to the old Town, the person was very warm and helpful.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property. The bed was comfy, we loved the decor & the host was extremely welcoming.

We absolutely loved our stay when we were in Florence. It’s just outside of the main city, but a 20 minute walk & we were in the hustle of Florence. Laura was so welcoming & it really felt like a home from home.

Although our room was clean, it was small for two people. We thought it doesn't matter for us as usually you don't spend much time inside, but when we arrived to another destination and entered a larger room in another hotel, we realised why we haven't felt 100% comfortable in Florence. It might be subjective and probably the best option you can get for this price in Florence.

Very friendy and caring staff. Perfect location - close to the train station and main attractions, we've been told that it's a bit risky area, but in fact it was quiet and peaceful. Clean room and other facilities.

A little bit out of the way for walking for persons of a certain age (lol) or if not in too shape. Nothing against the property, though…just a note.

We loved Laura! She was so friendly and patient upon our arrival when we were confused as to entry as first time B &B customers. Even prior to our arrival she was quickly responsive to our questions via the booking cite and went above and beyond to give specific walking directions. Breakfast was delivered to our room by Laura and her husband(?). What a Lovely way to start the day in a new place! and it was delicious with generous portions. Laura clearly cares about providing top service!

Lovely stay at the B&B! A short walk to the train station and the city centre, it is a little bit out of the way. Room had everything we needed and hosts were so lovely! Great value for money!

The location was further away than expected from the city center, and the area not very inviting when walking alone in the evening as it is close to the train station.

Laura and the staff were very helpful in answering questions and showing us the interest points in the area. She very kindly facilitated the arrangement of a taxi early in the morning of departure. Although we arrived earlier than the check-in time, they allowed us to leave the luggage in the room--we're very grateful for that gesture.

The location of the property is right next to a busy thoroughfare. A tram line is located right outside the property. I'm a heavy sleeper so I was fine - but if you are a light sleeper you may have issues...

It was value-for-money. I paid about 400 euros for four nights - which was much cheaper than some other stays I had in other parts of Europe for a busy time of the year. The host/owners were very helpful.

Sounds. You can hear everything that happens in the hallway. Construction sounds beginning at 8am! I’m sure the work will be completed soon; it was the only detriment to our stay.

Just a 10 minute walk from the train station, also close to Mercato Centrale. A tiny bit useful elevator at the end of a long day of walking. Excellent black out curtains and a great sized bathroom for Europe.

The bathroom needs an upgrade as shower not very good. The area was ok.

Laura was very nice. It is good value for money. Air con was brilliant, bed was comfortable and enjoyed the balcony plus the drinks in fridge.

The only thing I didn't like was the curtains over the window they looked out over the street and across into other people's windows where just sheer panels that provided no privacy.
