The hot water came from the tap quite a long time. The air conditioner did not heat enough (there was cold enough on our first day). The lock of the balcony's door was broken, but it was fixed quickly. The washing machine could not be used, it was only a decoration (it was not among the services on the booking), although it would have been nice to use it if it had already been there. These are just small things that are worth considering for further development.

Excellent location close to the center near the Dante metro station, everything was easily accessible. There was daily cleaning, everything was clean. There was coffee, water and tea in the common room. There are also a kettle and tea in the apartment. Food packages, milk and soft drinks were also prepared in the apartment. A very nice staff, we were provided very useful a lot if information about good restaurants and bakeries. He organized too our airport transfer very well. Overall we spent fabulous days in Naples.

Good place where to stay , we stayed with out 2.5 year old son, they provided us a cot without any issues. Room was cleaned every day . In kitchen there was everything what you need as well as coffee, water , tea available. Check in was smooth, we arrived in the evening and didn’t had any issues with communication regarding getting in the building or our room . Location is good with loads of places to eat / drink . Around 20 min from airport. Staff was lovely as well. Overall good stay and couldn’t ask for anything more as we barely stayed in the hotel . So for our trip this place was what we needed .

The flow of hot water could be improved. Though unaffected there was building work happening along the corridor as a new bedroom was being built. Overpriced at more than £100.00 per night per room. Bins are emptied outside from 04:00 in the morning. Shower needs updating.

Large room with balcony and close to the old part of town. There was also a small fridge in the room. Though marketed as a B&B they stopped offering breakfast after Covid and have no intention of reintroducing it, however, a coffee machine was available and cakes appeared each morning in the common area.

There is no elevator in the hotel.

Great location. Close to the Dante metro station. It is not on the main road so the place is quite. There is wonderful garden to drink coffee in the morning. The team is very helpful and all the things we needed they helped us. Also their recommendations for restaurants were the best we eat.

The cleaning of the room was minimal, it didn't bother us. As long as there are clean towels everything else is negligible.

The owners are very nice, we got a homely feeling and a warm attitude. The location is central and convenient, we could go out until late without depending on the metro because there are lots of bars and entertainment places in the area.

super friendly staff, the rooms were very comfortable and clean. huge plus: it’s located very well, close to piazza Dante, so it’s very easy to come back at night. here and there some small things to mention (we missed some cornetti for breakfast, they just had some packed things and the toilet seat was not very good attached) BUT these didn’t matter really because we were welcomed very warm and had a great time there. always clean and comes with a garden! highly recommended

A small minus was the fact that the bathroom door wouldn’t close that easy and also the shower door had a little problem. I can’t say that the neighborhood was really nice and at night the street was a bit loud, but as we walked through the city we realized that’s the atmosphere all over the city.

The property was close enough to the metro station, and that allowed us to get everywhere really easy. Also, Andreea, the owner was really friendly. He was available all time and he gave us some tips.

This was not in a great neighborhood. When we got to the gate nobody answered for a long time like at least 10 minutes. It felt very uncomfortable being in that neighborhood outside the gate with nobody to answer. We gave the host very clear information of what time we would arrive and nobody answered. There are stairs and no one to help us with the bags. We never saw an employee. The place was clean but Spartan. Also there is a note if you dare to use the kitchen you pay another €20. The patio table was very dirty. This is not an attractive place at all.

I wasn’t expecting to be located on such a narrow and very busy street. There was a lot of car and motorcycle traffic. Also I wasn’t expecting such an old building and so many stairs to carry up our luggage. None of these details were revealed in the listing. This would have been very helpful to know.
