You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

CyprusThe room had a lingering cigarette smell, and the breakfast was quite limited. The dinner options were also sparse, with only three dishes to choose from.
An enchanting small hotel with very cozy, albeit petite rooms. With only 4 rooms in total, it offers a tranquil and welcoming atmosphere, and the friendly staff make it a place you'd want to return to for a peaceful getaway.

CroatiaEverything was amazing, maybe take care if you have a really low car because you have to drive on a very short unpaved road section.
The location is breathtaking. Il Vignolino is located on the top of a hill with a view on a small pond and other houses that are spread on the nearby hills. Although it is in a somewhat isolated spot, there were many signs on the road leading us up to the place from the main road. Breakfast was good, coffee, tea, various juices, sweet and savory options and fruit available for you to choose from. They even offer the option to cook dinner for you (have to book in advance).

SwitzerlandI am vegetarian but the hosts had trouble instead of serving meat to add a bruschetta or tomato etc. here they werea bit inflexible , especially as the price was not so little. Luckily there was pasta and that was fine
