Only minor improvements really, it was on a high floor so street noise was minimal but this meant you could hear people in other rooms and in particular the hallway was hard wooden floors so echo and noise travelled into the room. An improvement could be as simple as adding a right walk on to damper the noise!

Cleanliness of the property, bed was lovely and comfortable, close to the tourist attracts, nice high floor so little street noise. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Beautiful and hot tub to soak after a long day visiting Rome’s many sights!

Check-in/out and stay was smooth. Lorenzo contacted me via Whatsapp/booking.com prior to my arrival to check what time I expect to check-in. When I arrive at the location, he was already outside waiting for us. Staff are great as well!

Probably a translation issue on booking.com, under our room description It said "room's standout features are the hot tub and spa bath", the room had just the hot tub, not the spa bath. We're staying in the first room of the apartment and every time people walked in we could hear everything along with noisy steps.

Good location, walking distance to Metro Stations and not too far from the Vatican. Room is spacious, clean and bed very comfortable. Check inlays and staff friendly.

The shower was small/tight with minimal/no counter space in the bathroom. Other than that, we liked the room. No breakfast option, but good coffee choices, which was a nice fallback.

Great communication with the staff and they were very helpful, esp. w/ transportation questions and needs. Unique room design. A/C worked fantastically and was needed. Easy in and out. Loved the elevator.

My balcony was facing the street, it can be noisy.

Great cozy place, in a very convenient location, you can walk on 15min to Vatican. It’s not big, it’s literally 1 floor of rooms, however was very comfortable- good room, cute balcony, comfy bed, tidy bathroom and housekeeping cleaned the room daily. Yet, the most important is people, very friendly and helpful, assists in arranging checking and shuttle in the middle of the night. Special thank you to Thristan! Definitely recommend!

The traffic on the street outside, we had to have our window closed. But this doesn´t affect the whole experience!!

Fantastic hostess, so kind and serviceminded. Fresh, clean room. Nice not so hectic part of Roma. Easy to get there from the airport with a direct shuttlebus (Vatican).

Good location. 5 minutes walking to metro, 15 minutes to Vatican and 40 minutes to Stadio Olimpico, if you are a fan. Nice view from the window. Clean, has a small stove, if you like cooking yourself. You will get 4 keys to get to your apartment, so it is pretty safe as well :)

I loved everything, I have zero negative things to say about this wonderful place. If you want the traditional hotel experience, this is not for you, but if you want to feel like you live in Rome, and have your own apartment, then this is the place for you.

Our room was excellent, we felt very secure and comfortable, I felt like I lived there, it really felt like home. In my personal opinion, the location was perfect, it was near a main street with a Tram, near the Metro Station Line A, and walking distance to the Vatican. Line A Metro stops at Termini Station and from there one can connect to Line B and Line B1, that stop at several of the important monuments in Rome.
