Excellent location and great value for money. Mario was an incredible host, picked us up from the airport and stored our luggage for us whilst we were out exploring. He went out of his way to recommend excellent food and drink options.

The small bathroom needs a bit of renovation.

Very nice balcony with a wonderful „typical italian feeling“. Have a glass of wine here in the evening and you will not leave. Mario, the owner, gave us a lot of good and helpful tips for sightseeing and dinner.

We knew when booking that our room wasn’t en-suite but the bathroom across the hall from our room was fine.

It was as a great place to stay near the Train station. Lovely places to eat not too far from the property. Mario was very helpful with the luggage up two floors.

The room was so clean, organized and comfortable. Amazing hospitality and good welcome staffs. The hotel is close to everything… train station, church’s, monuments, groceries, restaurants… I absolutely recommend!!!

Room could be a little bigger and the air con only had one setting and it was very loud. That’s the only things.

The man at the reception was so lovely! So helpful, we wish we could have spent more time in the property so we could chat to him more but we wee in a rush to do everything in Rome. I will definitely be coming back! The bed was so comfortable, even more so than my one at home! Not sure what they washed the duvet with but it was so soft! Love love love!

The single bed was exceptionally narrow.

Mario was lovely and very welcoming. Location was ideal close to termini and local attractions. The roommate clean, small but a typical Rome room.

Really liked this place. Mario was amazing, very welcoming and kind. The room was fab, stayed in single room, though little dark as I couldn't open the blinds but it was comfortable for the short stay. Very clean and the kitchen area upstairs was really comfy, clean and cosy. The single room has it's own shower and toilet. Will stay again. Location was excellent, 10mins walk to station and lots of excellent restaurant around. I walked to the colosseum, took 30minutes but that was at slow pace.

Comfortable room with good beds and pillows, quirky external bathroom and handy common kitchen space. Very helpful hosts letting us store our luggage early and helping us add another person to our reservation. Location is great, minutes away from Termini and metro stops.

Mario was really helpful in arranging a pickup from the airport as we were coming in at 3AM with a delayed flight. It was easy to checkin even at that hour. The property is close to the train station and bus stops. Lots of eateries and bars close by. Great value for money.

Everything about the property is ok. You can shower, it’s clean, bed is comfy, clean towels. You are supermarket near and also very close to Metro. Super nice landlord. I recommend it.

Cute designed rooms with very comfortable beds. Great location, very close to Termini and you can reach to all sightseeing places by metro and bus. Clean kitchen with coffee machine. Very easy self check in service and we were allowed to leave our baggage till evening. Very helpful staff and amazing hospitality. The room size is a bit small.

The manager Mario is friendly and helpful, sometimes humorous, and most importantly responsive. The public kitchen played an important role.

The room was very clean and big. The staff was very helpful with everything we asked and they arrenged us a taxi to the airport, with an amazing price.

Not that we did not like it but just as a note- the bathroom is separate and a standalone room. Still, it is private meaning that you can leave your stuff there. Meeting other guests in the hall on our way back to room was not a problem at all :)

Nice location close to the railway station and at the same time within 15-min walk to all the sights. So friendly and welcoming hosts Mario and Veronika who were very helpful! We received all the instructions about self check-in in due time, everything was easy and clear. The team helped us with the luggage after we checked out and we kept it in the guest house till our departure. Grazie mille dears!

The location is great, close to the station and lots of restaurants. The owners are so nice and friendly. They gave lots of tips and let us store our bags. The historical sites are a short metro or nice walk away

Nothing. Only thing to mention is the location. It's not in the 'main' neighbourhoods, BUT it's super close to the central train station. Plus the walk to the sight seeing spots was easy.

The hosts were lovely and incredibly helpful. The after hours check-in instructions were sent ahead of time and very easy to follow. Room was super clean, comfortable and the balcony was lovely.

The bathroom is external to the room, it is for private use, not a big problem, I'd just prefer it in the same room.

Great location, comfortable room. The communal kitchen area is very handy.
