Excellent location. Very clean. Staff very kind and helpful. (Gabriele e Cristiano were notably friendly. ) Comfortable room and big bathroom. Daily cleaning service left the room impeccable and tidy.Also, walking distance to the tourist areas and restaurants. We strongly recommend !!

Traffic noise was ok, but Lius noise every night through water pipes from other rooms whenever someone showered, flushed toilet or otherwise used water. Made unusually loy of noise often making impossible sleep before 2 AM when last guests finally went to rest (and that was during a work week, not even a weekend). Whilst we loved everything else, that single issue is likely reason why we will think twice about staying again. Which a big pity as all else was great

Beds werent the most comfortable ones. The sound isolation of the room could be improved. Especially when the cleaning starts in other rooms, it's quite hard to sleep.

Excellent location for first timers. You can pretty much walk anywhere. Just behind the hotel there are very nice places such as Piazza Navona. Room size is good and spacious. Stuff is very helpful. They accommodated all our requests quickly. We felt very comfortable generally. Probably the best value hotel in town.

Lovely room, spacious with very nice bathroom. Excellent service from the staff, in a very good location and close enough to everything. Very easy check-in/check-out. If I visit Rome again, I will definitely prefer it.

Check out is at 10. As a suggestion, I would avoid knocking on the door two minutes after checkout time. But again, a minor issue, I really appreciated my stay :)

Comfortable and convenient location for the historic centre of the city. 15 minutes from St Peter’s Square. 10 minutes from Piazza Navona. Secure property. Lift access. Nice bathroom. Great communication from manager about access on arrival etc.

Amazing location. 10 minutes away from the Vatican on your left and 10 minutes away from the beginning of the Roman architectures on your right. Very easy to communicate with the hosts and room was clean! They even folded my pajamas that I left out! Amazing stay would come again!

The bed wasn't comfortable and the towels didn't smell very nice. The room was spacious but very cold, especially at night, even with the heating system on.

The shower is very small but typical for older buildings in Rome. If you are a big person, take a sponge bath or spend big bucks for an upscale hotel.

Great value in an expensive city. Five minute walk to Piazza Navonna or Campo di Fieora. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Close to bus stop and food stores.

Host didn't respond to any of my messages and questions I had which made our stay a lot more complicated. He saw my messages and continued to leave me on read after I sent multiple texts.

The window is just above the street so it is noisy day and night. (There is AC option so you may let the window closed. )

The check in instructions weren't very clear they talked about a check in desk. There was one when you go into the main door into the building. So I thought that was the desk we should be at. But they meant go up a flight of stairs into an office that was closed up and there was another check in desk up there. I ended up calling the phone number and they walked me through it so that was good. They were available if there were issues which I appreciated.

The location was good. Easy to walk to different things. The place was clean.
