we were travelling by public transport so we knew that we’d be getting busses but it’s a little further than we expected, but the hotel is clear that it’s a bit further out, and we did choose it for the pool for the kids. we had a quadruple room which are quite small (our children are 12 and 13)

the pool is great and wonderful after a day of sight seeing. the breakfast is nice.

The staff weren't necessarily rude or anything, they just weren't overly friendly or helpful. Also the toilet seat in our bathroom had a large crack in it, which would pinch a little anytime you sat down!

It's a nice hotel which was great value for money. The pool is fantastic, they offer a good breakfast too. Nice and clean and our room was very spacious and comfortable. Free parking is also great.

Pool was very crowded. Not enough loungers for amount of guests. Breakfast was chaotic. Not enough tables for the amount of guests. Coffee machine was not good. Juice machine also not good. No toaster, but one panini press to service all guests. Room OK but aircon not powerful and very noisy.

Good location. On local bus routes to the city centre. Swimming pool. Good size room.

The dining area was certainly very short staffed; and no WIFI at the pool / dining area.

After the disaster in Venice, we were certainly glad that the hotel we got is what was presented on the booking.com sight! The pool was great and the rooms were very comfortable and well appointed.

Old facilities. Rooms not modern and neither clean. Not even close to a 4-stars hotel. To be considered one, it would need a really good refurbishment. During breakfast, everything was dirty and food was missing. Moreover, it was not sustainable at old. Everything in the room had plastic packaging. Even the glasses, which for a (supposedly) 4-stars hotel is unacceptable!

we checked in and the window was cracked in our room. they had maintenance come and tape over the large crack and said they could move us out the next day but it never happened. luckily our kids are a bit older but it could have the potential to be dangerous.

the pool was great for the kids with the summer heat. not too far from the main city. just a note for those with young kids who are used to eating dinner early - nothing opens for dinner until 7:30pm so plan for that.

When we arrived there was a problem with the check in because the rooms were not ready. The're were a lot of people waiting in the loby. So at 14.00 the rooms were not ready. That was totally rude, because check-in starts at 14.00 so naturally you have to have the rooms ready by then. Not the poor excuse that the lady in reception gave us: the check in starts at 14.00 but the rooms are not ready. She was also very rude and when only when I demanded an explanation she started making calls and gave us our key. Also when we went upstair to our room the cleaning lady was sitting on her phone, so how the rooms were not ready is a mistery🙄. The wifi sucks. It doesn't work at all so imagine it doesn't exist al all. You can't use it at all, just maybe a few minutes a day. The hotel is kind of old.

We liked the position of the hotel because it was very easy to travel to the duomo. The bus station is right next to the hotel and you cand reach the center very fast. We also loved the breakfast, the staff at the breakfast. The food was good, they had a lot of fresh fruit.

The non-transparency of payment. The hotel deducted an amount before the actual stay, under the pre-text of pre-authorisation. On day of check out, the lady asked if to pay by card or cash, of which I paid by cash over the counter. When asked for documentation to show the payment that they received, it was said to be done over the email. No official document given at the point of cash payment. No email came after an hour. Went to check with the lady, and she said they sent all emails at approximately 12pm. Again, no emails came until two days later, after chasing. They messaged that the pre-authorisation amount will be released in 7-14 days depending on card. I am still waiting. Today is the 11th day. This is my first experience of a hotel not being able to issue the invoice/receipt at the point of payment, opting for an email instead, in Italian no less.

Bus station is near but if you are in a plan to go in a evening there is no possibility to buy a bus ticket since everything is closed.

Nice hotel with a good breakfast. The bad was really good and comfortable. The neighbourhood was quiet and the nice park is near. Parking in a front of a hotel.

There were only 1 pair of towels in the room with three people in it. I went to the reception and asked for more and they brought them to us after an hour, it was already late enough. Floors were broken in the room. NOBODY KNOWS ENGLISH!!!

Good price for how close it is to the city compared to other hotels. Good breakfast and helpfull employes could be a little more nice.
