A spacious one bedroom flat on the first floor in a quiet back street of Modica. Tastefully furnished with good quality bed and amenities. New appliances including washing machine with detergent provided. It felt like a home away from home. Parking was easily sorted (few minutes walk away to free parking) as was dropping off luggage (directly in front of the apartment). Our host Giovanni was very hospitable and helpful. It's a short walk to the main areas of interest as many good eating places. Small supermarket for essentials about 5 mins walk. We would stay again if back in Modica.

Giovanni met us and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. He ensured that we knew where the best spots of lunch and granite - as well as taking us to a car parking area - and then taking us back in his car, to the accommodation. We loved everything!

Wow! This apartment with terrace (Amaranto) was just perfect! Ideal location with easy access to free parking, grocery shopping, and many of Modica's sights. While just off the main street, it is a quiet (especially with the double-paned windows) nicely designed, and very recently updated apartment with all amenities, a super comfortable bed, and a huge terrace. The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering, but don't miss the incredible pizzeria (Frumento) just next door. The gracious, English-speaking host met us upon arrival, carried our bags up the one flight to the apartment, gave us the run-down of the place, and then, with a map, gave us a wonderful orientation to Modica and environs. Then he proceeded to lead us the few blocks to free parking and explained the parking rules for the city. Host remained very responsive throughout our six day stay. All in all, it could not have been better!

Centrally located in lovely Modica. The apartment was stylish, clean and roomy and had a spacious balcony. All useful appliances were there. Landlord Giovanni was very nice, came to welcome us and was full of very nice ideas on what to visit, where to eat and the local things not to miss out on.

There were only 2 things that we didn’t like: 1. Although the shower has plenty of hot water, it is quite small. 2. They have very few English speaking channels on the tv (and no Netflix), so use your iPad.😊

The location of the property was excellent in lower Modica and if you’re in good condition you can get to the beautiful upper Modica by walking up streets and stairs for about 1/2 hour. There are good restaurants near the apartment as well as a supermarket (closed from 1-4 every day) about 2 blocks away. Free parking is about a 5 minute walk and one of the staff will gladly show you where that is after you unload your suitcases. The terrace was excellent and also good for drying clothes after using the washing machine. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of room in the apartment. The staff was very accommodating—thank you! We recommend it and we would stay there again.

Excellent apartment in the heart of the historic part of Modica. Greeted on arrival by Giovanni who welcomed us warmly and made us feel very welcome. The apartment is modern and well designed, comfortable and well equipped. Perfectly situated for all amenities- restaurants, bars, supermarkets and parking.

Everything was alright. There could be more towel racks in the bathroom and maybe a chair to sit or put your clothes.

The apartment is located in a nicely renovated historic house in a quiet street ( January ) in the city center. The access corridor to the apartment has been very successfully reconstructed and cleaned. The accommodation is furnished very tastefully, purposefully and comfortably, there is enough space for four people. There is nothing missing in the fully equipped kitchen. There is a TV in each room with a USB port, so we were able to view the photos we took in the beautiful city of Modica and watch the movies we brought with us. The bathroom is large, modern, with central heating, where you can dry towels. Both bedrooms are large enough, the beds are comfortable. There are enough cupboards and shelves for the things the guest takes with them. The lighting in all rooms is sufficient, there are reading lamps in the bedrooms. We were satisfied with everything. Thank you Giovanni for the information about the city of Modica and the surrounding area and the interest in our stay. It was nice of him to notice that it was my birthday and send me a wish. I would also like to thank Keys of Sicily for making us happy during our vacation with nice accommodation. We will be very happy to use one of the other apartments he rents next time.

It's not the apartment's fault but the hot water is not consistent. However it seems a problem in everywhere in Sicily and at least the apartment never runs out of hot water like other places we have stayed in Sicily. There is a construction noise neaby but it should ve temporary

The apartment is spacious and has a big balcony. It is well stocked with everything : kitchen utensils, dish washer and wash machining etc. It's in the old town and close to all the attractions. It's very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful and showed us everything in the room. He shared a lot of touristic information with us.

The door from stairs to apartment has a horrible lock, but no big deal 😀.

The apartment is in an excellent location, just steps to the main piazza. The terrace is a plus. Great facilities, very clean, excellent beds. Highly recommended!

Giovanni was great with communication, meeting us at flat to show us around, offering tips on eating & sights to see in Modica & Regusa. Even helped with free parking locations

Beautiful apartment in an old building with lovely furnishings and comfy beds. Our wonderful host greeted us and showed us around and explained everything from the apartment, where the old town was and car parking. There was a huge terrace, great for clothes drying after using their washing machine. It also had a dishwasher, iron and ironing board. The kitchen, dining area and lounge was smallish but very comfortable. Definitely recommend.

Our host was very helpful and gave us plenty of options for things to see and do in and around Modica. He drove us to a parking lot to show us where we could park our car for free, then drove us back to the apartment. On the way back he even took a lengthy detour to show us the best scenic viewpoint over the city. It was all really above and beyond what we expected. Thanks again for your generosity, we really enjoyed our stay!

Giovanni was in constant touch with us on WhatsApp regarding the arrival procedure. He met us on site and helped us move in. Explained the sight-seeing in Modica and nearby towns. Giovanni then showed us where to park our car for free for 2 nights. The apartment is very clean, well equipped and really cool during the warm weather. It is close to the main sights. Best value for money in our 12 day stay in Sicily

It was all perfect.

We enjoyed our recent stay at the Keys of Sicily. The apartment is a brand new remodel in the historic center of Modica. It has a huge balcony extending the full length of the apartment with outdoor seating and a table and chairs. If you would like to do your own cooking, there is a fully furnished small kitchen with excellent new appliances including a gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher and large refrigeration. There is also a new washing machine that came in very handy during our stay. The apartment is in the perfect location for enjoying the historic center of Modica with restaurants, shopping and sites to see within easy walking distance. This apartment is a true gem! Our host Giovanni met us at the door on arrival. He was great at reviewing all of the sites for us to see in Modica and nearby towns. He answered all of our questions, and made sure that we had a good parking place for our rented car. One day later, he texted us to follow up. My wife and I have travelled all over the world, but we have never met a kinder, more client-centered, and better organized host than Giovanni.
