This is a beautiful hotel in an excellent location. Easy and safe to walk all around the area. The staff were incredible. Helpful, positive, professional. They were truly a delight to interact with. I would recommend and return in a heartbeat!

The light in the room was low and our room was sort of overlooking a shaft, though the curtains helped.

Loved this hotel location and friendly and helpful staff. Service was impeccable and the breakfast with a view too. Will surely book again next time in Florence.

Very nice hotel in a great location. My mother had a birthday and they organized a bootle of prosecco with a lovely card to the room. All in all very good experience and friendly staff.

Rooms were very warm…junior suite only had vents in the front room, not the room with the beds. The shower had no shelf for soap, shampoo etc. so everything had to be on the floor of the shower

It seems trivial perhaps but the pillows are a little too soft for our taste. Nevertheless this is a great hotel.

The location is excellent. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is great and the hotel is just beautiful - an oasis of elegant calm in a busy city. I would definitely return to this hotel and recommend it to my friends.

Lift has a tendency to break down! Fortunately there is more than one lift!

Excellent location within easy reach of the tram and historic centre. Great staff. Comfortable rooms. Great view from the breakfast room.

We purposely booked the facility because of the Duomo view on the rooftop restaurant, however during our stay it was not accessible. There was no notification on the email that it was not going to be accessible. There was not enough space in the bistro where they direct us to have breakfast. There were four of us that ended up sitting on a small table intended for 2. We asked if we can get a discount, but the receptionist just ignored us.

Clean and well kept facility. Close to the train station and point of interests. We enjoyed our stay in Florence having a comfortable bed to sleep after a tiring day.

Everything was amazing. Every luxury imaginable was fulfilled without even asking from the comfortable bed to the excellent toiletries provided. We could not have been more spoiled.

Although breakfast is good and the staff really helpful the venue is too small to accommodate many hotel residents at once and we had to wait a few mornings for a table to become available Sometimes there was a very bad sewer smell hanging in the lobby and bar area, but we found this in other shops as well. Also, because it is a pet friendly hotel ,you are sure to have the smell of dog urine around the hotel and the whole Tuscany to be honest.

The hotel is in a great location on the Santa Maria Novella Square with the Florence Duomo, David sculpture and Ponte Vecchio within walking distance.
