There are no dinner possibilities at the hotel so we had to drive to the coast to find some restaurants to choose from. That all worked out though!

We stay more often in the Marche and try to pick different hotels when travelling further south. We found this location and it was superbly located right between the Olive Tree fields. The estate is really large and the hotel itself only has a few rooms. But the rooms are really great!! We loved staying at this hotel. Furthermore, we have had many breakfasts whilst being in Italy, but the breakfast we had at this hotel has been the best breakfast we have ever had!! It was amazing.

while they do t have a restaurant, they happily provided bar service during happy hour. they then recommended a great place nearby for dinner.

the property is impeccably clean, stylish and comfortable. it’s in the middle of the abruzzo wine country. it’s a small property with 10 rooms. their main business appears to be events. there was a birthday party while we were there. it was festive. this was well off the beaten path and we liked that. after a week in rome and Bologna, being in the country surrounded by vineyards was welcomed. the rooms we’re well appointed. the staff was attentive. if you are need of comfort and beauty in the wine country, this is a good bet.

The place is hard to find even with GPS, located at the end of very small roads. If you intend to have dinner outside, this must be taken into consideration For one night stay it is not the most convenient. This is a place for major events, weddings, etc... Room was located on the side of the building, hidden behind high hedges. Purpose was to avoid to be disturb by noise but you feel a bit isolated. Couch in the room was ruined and I'd wouldn't use it.

Big room, nice breakfast. Free parking. Room was very quiet despite big party happening in the location.

We loved the quiet location, the quality of the spacious rooms and the grounds of the property. We enjoyed the pool and the breakfast offered an incredible amount of things to choose from. Kids loved the green areas as well, plenty of space to run around.

We were in a separate building, Wifi was not good. Since we were there in winter it needed hours to get the room to 20/21 degrees temperature.

You are staying in a hotel where marriages are taking place. Our room which was in a separate building was completely furnished in white. Everything was very clean. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of sweet and salty dishes. Parking is easy, on the premise.

Hotel also have events and sometimes the party’s are just front of your room, so impossible to sleep. Another negative point was when they have wedding in pool location you are not allowed to use the pool, so you have to be inside and f the room. Think about if you are there for holidays, could be a nightmare the party’s.

I came all the way from Tokyo and the main reason for choosing this property was the swimming pool. Nothing better than relaxing at the pool after a long journey. When I arrived they told me that the pool was not accessible as a wedding ceremony was organized that day. Since wedding ceremonies are organized long in advance I then asked why they didn’t tell me at the time of the booking. Answer was “normally guests call us to double check….”

we were not told it’s events venue and they were doing events non stop during our stay, when you are not allowed around or in the pool (which is quite dirty and not really been used and full of insects). we were hoping for some relaxation time but it’s difficult with all these guests, screaming kids etc. also were charged EUR15 per person for small lunch ( 15 euro for the salad!!!). breakfast was ok but lot of sweet stuff and no savoury options. The owner cares only about events running smoothly and you feel not welcome and out of place. AVOID this place; you won’t be able to take advantage of the hotel services and facilities and your holiday will be ruined

it is in fact a place for events and if you are not part of the event that goes on you feel that you are a bit out of place. I would not go back for this reason The swimming pool is not really used and it a bit murky it would be nice to have more savoury/salty choice for breakfast

nice decor in general and pretty view over the gardens when having breakfast, I particularly thought the touch of setting the table so that both people look at the garden is a classy thing to do
