The location in Trastevere near the Tiber was exceptional - we were able to walk to all the major sites very easily and it was wonderful to be near Isola Tiberina. Trastevere has a lovely atmosphere with little pasticceria, restaurants, cobbled streets etc. The host, Simona, was very responsive and helpful.

One flight of Stairs to the room were pretty steep, but after 2 weeks of travel in Italy we were getting used to it.

We were arriving early as our plane was arriving at Rome airport at 11.30am. I asked to be allowed in by 1.00pm so Simmo walked around from the office at 12.55to hand over the keys and run through the drill. We were waiting out front for q- minutes so no big deal. We were allowed to leave our bags at the office after checkout so we explore the city before our car came to collect us .

Nothing. Couldn't imagine a better place for our vacation. Night life is active and noisy, especially on weekend, but we had no trouble sleeping.

The host was communicative and responsive. Appreciated their accommodating our early check in due to super early arrival in Rome. Apartment was clean, cosy and made great use of space - had everything our family needed. Had a minor issue with the washer that they promptly fixed (user error, not their fault). This location is perfect. Walking distance to all the sights, but in a neighborhood with a local vibe. Would definitely stay here again.

we have a baby and it’s dangerous for the baby, no protection by the stairs and the fence (too large), in the second floor. we just had to make a “wall” with the suitcases and everything worked amazing.

There was very little not to like. The mattresses were a bit harder and the street a little noisier than what I am used to but I was very happy overall.

Being in such a central location was wonderful, we could walk everywhere. We loved the courtyard outside the apartment and the restaurant just there was fantastic, and not noisy at all in the evening. Trastevere is a wonderful part of Rome, almost like a village in the heart of it.

If it's not quite clear in the pictures, the queen bed, cot, and bath are all in a second-floor loft accessed by a set of spiral stairs.

Fabulous location in a quiet corner of a hip neighborhood with great shops, restaurants, and bars. Easy transport (walk, bus, taxi) to all the big sights but feels authentically Roman and not touristy. Responsive, helpful hosts.
