Everything exceed our expectation. Professional and very friendly people wiling to give information and help any time (24 from 24 hours). Exceptional breakfast (fresh, testy, quality food) on very nice location served by nice team. Nice and convenient location. Safety place to travel and enjoy family atmosphere from a small town. The breakfast was great, they made us an afternoon salami and cheese platter upon request. It is a very private boutique style hotel. We only stayed one night and would stay 2 nights the next time. After 8 days on the island, it was one of our favorite stays.

Amazing hotel. Exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, offered us a welcome drink, and were super hospitable. The room was beyond our expectation - massive, beautiful furniture and bathroom, amazing views (see photos and video below). Right on the beach. This place is undersold. We had a seafood platter for dinner (€30), which the waiter put “all his love into”. It was delicious. Breakfast was amazing - beautiful baking, a freshly made omelette (or eggs as a choice) and delicious coffee. Just perfect.

We were able to get parking outside the hotel, but it did feel a bit stressful wondering how far away we might have to park after a daily excursion.

The overall ambience and location were excellent. Very close to the nearest beach. An easy walk into the main square and waterfront. Our room was very comfortable and beautifully appointed, with a fantastic water view.

I didn't dislike anything about the hotel but the town of Portosuso is quite small and not an awful lot to do so definitely recommend getting a taxi to travel to see some beaches, go on a boat trip etc. I would also say it would have been nice to have had a bigger pool (we did swim in the sea but my partner got stung by a jelly fish so just be warned!) 🤣 But the small pool is fine but if I had to pick one thing to change at the hotel it would have been this.

The staff were truely amazing, nothing was too much trouble, thank you to Rodney and Andrea and the 2 lovely ladies who served us breakfast every day, you really did make our experience wonderful. The room facilities are fab, I would recommend upgrading your room to the sea view as it was worth it. The hotel room itself provided excellent facilities hot shower, fresh towels every day, beach towels plus the use of a beach bag, plus toiletries, tea/coffee mini bar etc Also, as the hotel only has 9 rooms it means the hotel is never crowded. We had the pool area most days to ourselves which was lovely. I noted one review mentioned that they struggled to communicate with the hotel staff but thats totally untrue as we only speak English and all staff at the hotel spoke English perfectly.

The hotel location and ambience is excellent right on the beach with stunning views of the Mediterranean. The staff Andrea,Elise and Rodney made us feel totally comfortable in every aspect. 10 out of 10 one of the best hotels we have stayed in.

Our room 007 was clean and spacy, however, it was close to the road and our rear windows were next to the pathway so we heard a lot of walking and noise in the night time.

Loved the roof top pool, the intimacy with the small beach below the hotel and cosy rooms. Also the bartender in the rooftop bar was very friendly, 10/10. Beautiful place with great sunsets.

Nothing really. If I have go say, I would like the property to have a genuine pool. However, given the sea is right next to it, it is definitely an extra.

The design of the building is beautiful. It is right next to the beach where the sand is soft and water is clear. It is very relaxing.

The cleaning crew 10/10 The chef serving us our breakfast 10/10 But most importantly what made our stay a fun place to be in was definitely Rodney and Fredrika, very nice, welcoming and Warm people that always iddled with us and served us whenever we were at the pool at the roof of the hotel. So for us the rooms and what not met our standards for sure, But what makes the hotel worth to visit, is simply because how magical the place is because of the staff, especially Rodney and Fredrika.

I honestly don't think our room was soundproofed as it was described. The adjacent room was audible by default. In the future, I would prefer small snack options, such as paninis etc, in a hotel that does not yet offer this service apart from great breakfast. Eating is possible in nearby restaurants.

Everything positive I'd like to list here doesn't even fit. Everything was better than we expected, and you are always our highest expectations. Hotel beautifully renovated, room amenities 100% condition, perfectly cleaned. Breakfast on the terrace = divine :) and so we could go on. And the bedding absolutely fantastic, we immediately got the same one (no joke). And the hotel staff is a chapter unto itself: They took incredible care of us the whole time, they were attentive and very helpful.

The music at night from the restaurant next door. Our room didn’t have a great view so next time we will book one overlooking the water.
