You can hear the noise from the hallway as breakfast is being prepared and people from the other rooms go out on the town.

Great location, excellent restaurants nearby. The historical city centre is a short walk away. The accommodation was clean.

It's very noisy at night. We couldn't get much sleep or rest. Walls are thin, and you can hear people taking a shower or using the toilet, constant door slamming, and people talking. If you have a light sleep it may not be the best place. Breakfast could be better.

Good location, about 10 min walk from Termini Station, 30 min walk to Fontaine Di Trevi. Spacious room and bathroom, clean. Easy online check in. Overall it is a good value for the price.

The worst part for me was that those walls were made of paper. Seriously, we heard EVERYTHING from other rooms. Even when someone peed. Every single sound. It was very disturbing. If you can ignore it than maybe this hotel is for you but I struggled a lot.

Room was quite nice and definitely clean. Breakfast was just some sweet snacks but we could also have coffee and tea. Location was the best- close to Termini train station and with bus stop next to the apartment. It was quiet area, very sweet with nice restaurants close to it. Also, price was very attractive in February for three nights.

I think that the check-in process can be explained more easily as it is truly not hard to get into the place, just a bit confusing.

The location was very convenient, as it was close to the train station, as well as to the metro that leads to the Colosseum. The breakfast was good, with coffee, juices, croissants (store-bought), biscuits, toast and more. The room was beautiful.

The only thing I would mention is that we would appreciate something more salty for breakfast :)

We were really satisfied with the overall service. The accommodation is smaller, but sufficient and, above all, everything is clean. Which I consider essential.

Single beds are little too narrow, I would not recommend if you are a larger person. Breakfast is ok, but I would be willing to pay more and get some scrambled eggs in the morning, which would make my experience much better.

Fantastic place in a terms od price / performance ratio. Hotel is couple minutes walking from Termini train/metro station. Check-in is 100 % online. Rooms are clean, nice bathroom, staff is very nice.

Booking.com miscommunication. For property it was one price mentioned we will pay and for me with genius 3 level another. Not the first time this happens and we were charged 10€ more, but it didn't match the price booking sent me. When I brought this up to booking they diverted me to property bet property sent me SC from their booking. Com agreed price for us and it was clearly 10€ extra than my SC for this booking . Booking CS never solved the issue and we paid 10€ extra. I don't appreciate that I haven't been returned this extra as it's clearly booking com issue not property's.

Duplex was amazingly clean and well maintained. Warm winter friendly mold free bedroom with nice wide window to community garden next to street. Central location, tea available, breakfast included.

There was a power cutout at the morning after which I had to wait ~40 minutes for the hot water without any information how long would it last. The host just told that "it should be back soon". Because of that we weren't able to properly prepare for a day.

The room was big and looked very stylish. The location is 5 minutes walk from the central railway station. The toilet room was very well done.

It was a little difficult to find entrance and the floor.

The hotel is close to Termini station and use self-check in. The breakfast was very good too but only sweet cakes and milk with musli nuts. There is good bathroom and everything was clean.

To enter the first time to the flat was really hassle ( three different codes and these did not want to work in the first time. Pillows were old and uncomfortable.

The location was perfecto if you came to Roma Termini. The host was very friendly and helpful.

Very poor breakfast, prohibition to use kitchen where breakfast are served (thats a big pitty, possibility to use refrigerator would be good). Too soft mattressees

The breakfast is minimal- not a great offering. Getting a pre-packaged croissant in Rome is disappointing :(

This was a great room and just a short walk to the Roma Termini train station. Good communication from the host.
