The location was superb and short distance to many of the excursions. It was also accessible to public transportation as well as cabs. The manager was extremely polite and knowledgeable. He gave us many suggestions for food/restaurant and attractions. We also received a free upgrade because I was celebrating my daughter's college accomplishment along with a free gift. The bed was comfortable and the décor was on point. Housekeeping was also nice and very helpful. I highly recommend this place if you want to be close to everything. Not to mention GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Very good contact with the owner, no problems. Very clean rooms and the best localization in the Rome - very close to the city center!! The owner was very nice, he was quickly responded to everything, so there was no problem with that and we felt very safe. Also the whole place is very clean and we really enjoyed the stay.

The bathroom could have had better lighting for us ladies to see to put on our makeup, and would have liked more shelving, hangers in the bathroom also.

Had very good communication with the Host/Manager. I was traveling with 10 other people and we all stayed at this location. We were coming off a cruiseship and had no idea exactly when we would arrive at the hotel. The manager was very helpful and accomodating to our whole group. Even though it was his day-off, He checked in with me frequently to make sure that the check in process was going well. He even provided at list of local eateries for us to check out which was very helpful. The location of the hotel is so convenient to many good areas. We really appreciated the great soundproofing so that we did not hear any traffic noise and was able to sleep soundly even though our room faced the street. This is not the normal "hotel" setup, maybe a bit like an Airbnb. Once you are checked in by the scheduled receptionist timed to your arrival, you pretty much have the whole place to yourself, meaning for the majority of the day there is no hotel personnel. However, in the morning hours, reception and housekeeping is available. All the rooms are on one floor. My group occupied all except one room, so it was great that our rooms were close together.

The room was central, spacious and very clean. The host is so polite and helpful. He suggested us some restaurants and things to do and was always available through what's up. I would totally recommend it!

The property was extremely well looked after and even had free coffee machine in the foyer which we loved. The host was fantastic replying to my WhatsApp very quickly and offered help when I needed to book airport transfers.

I don't like anything. Like I said, I'm satisfied with everything.

I really like everything about this hotel. Everything is great from the price, amenities and extremely clean. It is located right in the center, I can walk to all the most famous tourist attractions. Especially the hotel manager's enthusiastic support every time I needed it. In general, everything here is excellent, cannot be criticized, I am very satisfied.

The bed was in fact to beds together, and could be a little uncomfortable for couples but besides that everything was perfect!

The room was really nice, very clean and comfy. The location of the place was really good. 15 min walking from main attractions in the city. We didn't have to take bus or metro at all. The staff was really nice, we arrived at 12 am and they gave us detailed instructions of how to get it into the property. I would definitively come back here! Recommended!

Bathroom a little dated. Water splashed everywhere when taking a shower.

Excellent location right in the middle of Rome. Walkable to almost everywhere including Trastevere. Comfortable bed and hardly any street noise can be heard in the room.

Helpful staff. The apartment was clean and tidy, which was a surprise because I didn't pay extra for the service. The room was warm (heating season). The air conditioning worked without any problems. Beds clean and comfortable. Great location, almost downtown but still quiet.
