The apartment is above a wine bar and unfortunately the music made it difficult to sleep. Such a shame as otherwise the apartment was perfect

Excellent location close enough to the centre but peaceful - the top floor flat has a lovely breakfasting balcony. Well stocked with coffee, toiletries and water for our arrival - nice to actually meet the owner who greeted us on arrival and showed us everything we needed to know about the flat - thank you Laura!

Such a spacious and gorgeous apartment! The lady who showed us around the apartment was kind, courteous and so very helpful. She showed us where all the facilities were located and communication was outstanding. I would recommend this property to anyone going to Lake Garda! It was the highlight of the honeymoon. The terrace was so beautiful and I have never stayed in such a well presented and immaculate accommodation

Extremely satisfied with the stay and Laura as a host. We were a family with 3 children. Felt just like being at home. We didnt expect everything from essentials to be there - espresso tablets, dish and washing machine with all detergents, ironing table and so on. I believe this qualifies as a 5 star appartment. Plus the location is excellent with restauranta and wine shops couple of metera away from the entrance. Also it was a super spacious appartment which we appreciated a lot dor our 5 people family. A little extra for the kids - some Italian sweets were waiting as a surprise. Will return 100%

Only a very small thing. The apartment had absolutely everything you could need apart from a French coffee press/moka pot. It did have a Smeg coffee pod machine which may suit others but we prefer the old fashioned way of making coffee.

We stayed in piano secondi. The apartment was absolutely perfect for our needs with a small child. Exceptionally clean, well maintained and spacious apartment with a lovely terrace and amazing view! Location was superb; on a beautiful street right in the heart of the historic centre. Very well equipped apartment with the added touch of luxury. Far exceeds any hotel room you could book. I would not hesitate to book. Definitely one of the best apartments we've booked on holiday!

A well-equipped lovely property in a fantastic location, 5 minutes walk from the lake front. Great shower and super comfy bed. Peaceful location. Excellent facilities. Great terrace with lovely views. Laura was a fantastic host. Would highly recommend.

Everything!! The apartment is truly beautiful in every way.Tastefully decorated, very spacious and very well finished.The location is great too. Our host, Laura was really great, went way above and beyond to ensure we had a special holiday. She organised and gifted prosecco and a cake for my husbands birthday and her lovely daughter gave us a lift to the train station on departure. Boith acts born out of kindness as well as great service.

It would be good to have some tea towels - we couldn't find any

This was a great really comfortable place to stay. It is fantastically located in the town centre and it wasn't too far to walk from the station is you are travelling by train as we were. It was a shame as the beach was closed due to works when we stayed but there is a ferry nearby that takes you to the lovely town of Sirmione. The apartment is very well equipped and was well stocked with items like tea/coffee, washing up liquid, olive oil, vinegar and washing powder. The host even left some lovely cookies for our children. Access to Netflix was great. We would come back again.

Everything was great. Apartment was very clean and well situated. The owner even took care of coffee, tea and sweets for them. Apartment simply perfect and refined in every detail. Owner was really nice and helpfull.

Superb apartment, clean and very pretty, in an awesome location. We had everything we could possibly need inside the apartment. The location is perfect, in the charming pedestrian city center, and there's lots of restaurants nearby. The beach is within walking distance too. The terrace is big and has a great view - in the morning, you can hear the birds chirping from there, it's so lovely. We found a free parking spot at Parking Cavour, within a 10 minute walking distance (not the most comfortable luggage trek considering the geography of the streets, but definitely doable if you want to avoid paying for the private parking). Would love to come back one day!

Cleaning services were not included, but you will find a vacuum cleaner and a bucket to handle this yourself. It's worth noting that the bathroom door is transparent, and the curtain provided doesn't offer much privacy. Passersby might have a clear view of what's happening inside. Initially, we were only provided with one set of keys for a group of five. However, after requesting an additional set multiple times, the host did provide us with a second key. Unfortunately, the sofa in the living room is not very comfortable and produces a fair amount of noise when used. In terms of internet access, the speed was relatively slow, which may be a consideration for those who require a faster connection.

Certainly, the location of this apartment is absolutely ideal. It's conveniently situated near various amenities such as the beach, harbor, shops, and restaurants, making it an excellent choice for a relaxing getaway. The apartment offers a notable sense of spaciousness, particularly in the bedroom and bathroom. You'll find that it's well-appointed with all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including linens, towels, and a fully equipped kitchen that even includes some thoughtful provisions like tea, coffee, olive oil, spices, and more. In addition to the superb setting and amenities, the host proved to be exceedingly helpful and responsive, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience during our stay.
