Clean, they offer you lots of free food. The apartment smells a bit weird, probably the hostel cannot do anything about this. Room was a bit small but clean. Another problem is that the hotel is not in the city center.

Smell of urine in the halls and stairs. The bed screeches every time you move and the mattress is hard. No mention of all the stairs up to the third storey. Both of us have shoulder problems right now and carrying the suitcases up and down was very problematic.

The breakfast was quite basic. We had to carry luggage to 3rd floor, since there was no lift — but the host helped us to carry them at arrival.

The property was quite clean. They provided very good fruits during whole day. The host was very friendly and they provided luggage storage for us on our last day for free.

My room was a bit noisy. It was the only one looking at the train lines and during the day (from 7 or 8 am to 10pm or so) there where trains passing and mainly breaking. I got used to it, but still it was something that did not like. I would prefer to have a couple of salty options for breakfast like cheese or ham. It could be a couple of slices not more. Breakfast options were very sweet for my taste.

Owners are very friendly, they are always with the smile, ready to help and very responsive. Room was spacious, had fridge, had safe, water heater (for coffee or tea). Bathroom area was very clean. Bed was comfortable. In the breakfast there was a kitchen, they offered fruits (like banana and tangerines) and you could grill bread. They also offered a number of croissants, biscuits (sweets) for breakfast (found in a basket in your room. In the room fridge there where juices as well you could freely use. Surrounding area while it was very quiet during the night, felt safe.

Because expectations of the food in Florence are high, it's probably worth knowing that the breakfast provided is light and sweet (selection of pastry and coffee/tea in room, plus yoghurt in fridge). It didn't bother me much because I ate so much food in town anyway!

Very friendly. Very comfy room and very clean. Probably the largest room i've had as a solo traveller, with double bed. Good shower. Location very practical for those arriving by train. I was informed by whatsapp that I could check in earlier than expected. Even though my train journey after check-out wasn't until late evening, I was able to leave my suitcase there during the day and pick-up arrangements were safe and easy.

The air conditioning wasn’t working very well.

The rooms were very clean. The beds comfortable and the pillows were good. Supplied with water, drinks and yogurts for breakfast.

The communication with the host was very pleasant and efficient,we were able to have a very late check in.AC worked very well and there were many options for breakfast ( a sweet_italian type breakfast)

The downside was that room charge was made 1 month before check in date. In times of Covid, I think it's hard to commit without last minute changes due to illness. The AC in the room we had didn't seem to get cool enough. We stayed in June and room got a little stuffy in the night. As an Asian female, I probably won't dare to be walking alone from old town to apartment in night time.

It's located on quiet neighbourhood street just a little outside of the old town (which can be nice if one prefers quiet nights). The walk to old town isn't too far. Room size was pretty good and mattress was comfortable enough for a good sleep.

Not a negative as such but I did receive number of chasers to provide check in time which I thought was a bit excessive taken that I already provided 1h slot on booking.com and could not know more accurately until the day of arrival.

Despite being by the rail track location was quiet and close to center. Room had a lovely balcony. Place was clean, comfortable and had everything you need for one night stay. Shower cabin was quite small but water power was superb and the whole facility seemed newly fitted. Check in was smooth.

Due to Covid is breakfast served in the room - you can find there basket with some packaged sweet pastries, biscuits, jams, Nutella, tea bag, coffee and cappuccino in bag. You can use electric kettle to prepare it but it isn´t same coffee/cappuccino as in bar or from machine. But I understand that due to the restrictions it isn´t possible to do it by another way.

Very nice accommodation close to the train station and to the city. You can go everywhere only by walk. Filippo is very kind and it wasn´t problem to prepare baby crib for our son. In common area you can find a map of Firenze.

Close to the station and very accessible with tram. Nothing bad to say about the room and bathroom itself. Don’t be afraid about the location near the train tracks, the room windows give on the garden on the other side and noise is minimal. Host is helpful, access to kitchen and fridge.
