The owner was so pleasant and friendly, the location was great, close to metro and bus to get to the Trevi Fountain is about 15 minutes away by bus, the Colosseum is about a 10 minute walk, and 20 minutes from Termini Train Station. The breakfast was simple but we appreciated having that and the coffee & drinks. The bed was so comfy and I slept great! Beautiful Terrace outside too, open to all guests.

There wasn't always someone at the front desk, but they were easily reachable. Also, they seemed to claim there would be a vegan option for breakfast but there wasn't really.

The staff were friendly and accommodating.The location is good: it is half way between train station and old town.

The outdoor gate lacked curbside appeal.

The owners have good senses of humor and are very helpful. The location is excellent; a short walk to the Coliseum/Forum and several tasty restaurants, a block and a half to the subway, and a couple blocks to buses and a flea market. For breakfast, we were given vouchers for a continental breakfast at a closeby cafe with indoor and outdoor seating, so nice. The hotel has a rooftop terrace with comfy chairs and a great view. The bed was very comfortable. The room has a window if you want fresh air.

There is no lift and if you have heavy luggage you need to take to one floor up from ground level. The place is a bit far from main attractions of the city.

We got a warm welcome and the stay was comfy. Whenever we needed we got help. We got nice surprise cake on the new year eve! Restaurants and public transports are very close.

The room wasn’t cleaned properly throughout the stay. We had hair on the floor that was never vacuumed throughout the 6 days. The hand soap with so deluted with water that the pump wouldn’t work. We got there and the body soap was already almost finished.

The room was very nice, small but practical. The fridge was a nice addition, very cold which was good. We had view right onto the terrace. The owner was lovely, he/she accommodated every request I had and really tried to work out around my schedule with check in and check out time.

I did not find anything unsuitable.

"Breakfast included" meant some croissants, crackers, butter, jam and coffee with coffee maker (+kettle) on the room table. Fridge was not so powerful. But according price and other benefits this was not important at all. Accommodation is located 16 minutes by walk from Coloseum and it has really beautiful terrace with beautiful view to the busy Roma streets. If you are not looking for quiet place and you want to enjoy authentic Roma atmosphere, this is the perfect place for you. Also personal was really helpful and we was able to left our luggage on the hotel from the morning.

The view from our room was amazing. I loved the balcony that led into the terrace. We had breakfast that they provided there in there morning it was beautiful. Everything was organized and clean. The tv worked they had lights in all the right places. The staff was amazing. Helped us get to the colosseum and helped us go to this cute restaurant for dinner. Close to the metro and trolly. And all the shops. Definitely will stay there again.

nothing bad

owner was awesome shared kitchen for breakfast but coupon for local place down the road . brought my in laws a cup of tea on arrival. great location 2 mins to metro balcony terrace area shared lovely lovely property. worth the money we stayed 2 days while bay pride was on and Andrea bochelli close to all amenities. would recommended in a heart beat.
