The lighting in the room was little insufficient. The toilet hood (air suction) was covered by mold and the hotel manager was little pushy to leave before 11 am, they kept asking me to leaving since 10:30 am, which is too early. Also, the check-out time was indicated in the reservation at 11 am (not up to 11 am).

The hotel is very cozy and it is located in a very friendly spot. I didn't feel deserted at all there. The area is very dynamic and there is a very big garden next to the hotel. So, the location is great. The room is clean and it had an air condition, which is great. The stay at the room is enjoyable.

For duvet we had a beadsheet and a throw blanket, while the room was not exactly warm. There was an extra blanket in the wardrobe but I don't think that is being washed often.

The room was very small and narrow. The space in the bathroom was tiny. The room is not sound proof, it is very noisy and you can hear the neighbours.

communication with the property. No personnel from 18:00 to 7:30. The message with the secret code to unlock the door reached me 10 hours after my arrival at the hotel. However I was lucky enough, everything went well. Later I was informed that the door bell is at all times responded.

it's a one star hotel, and I knew it well, as I stayed there several times in the past. Not much can be expected, but the bed is comfortable enough, and it's perfect location for me, opposite side of the square there is the Politecnico di Milano, where I lecture.

Great location close to subway station tram stop and supermarkets. There are lot of pubs and bars nearby. Room was clean and quiet with useful bathroom. The Owner was very friendly and helpful. There was no problem with late arrival they left the keys in the box with code. The owner allowed us to leave our luggagen in the hotel after check-out before the evening flight.

Although the room was small, it is clean and had a good bathroon. The hotel is very close to Piola metro station allowing a good link with many points of the city.

the room itself was a bit too spacious compared to the bathroom, the space could have been more evenly distributed but that is being critical, all in all very happy with the stay. reception wasn’t staffed often but we were offered complimentary snacks and coffee in the morning if it was.

Our room was quite dark and since it was right next to the reception we could hear a lot of people passing.

Amazing for a short stay and the staff was willing to help with anything. Decent location, close to metro and a supermarket, you can get anywhere within a few minutes.

No sound isoliation from neighbours upside and on sides. No air inside, not very clean. Bad lightning. Couldnt open window normally because other house see everything. Doors broken and etc. Hotel was upsetting.
