We had a late flight, which additionally was delayed - the owner waited for us (around midnight) to have a check in; very good communication with the owner, perfect location, no private parking, but no problem to park a car on free public parking spaces in the town in a short walking distance; clean and spacious room

The only problem I had was that the shower door leaked water on the floor. I just put a towel down.

Mostly everything was great. I was there for my brother’s wedding. It’s a quiet town with few tourists. The staff, Yuri and Jessie were great! It has an old town hall with very old jail cells upstairs, very interesting.

Everything! Yuri and Jessie were wonderful hosts. I can’t say enough good things about them. The place was clean, and comfortable with a lovely breakfast. Monte San Savino is a quiet, charming and beautiful old town. It’s a great place to relax. We attended our son’s wedding here. It was a short walk to the restaurant where we had a dinner reception with a three piece Italian band. Such a wonderful time!!!

The bed was a little hard and uncomfortable but not terrible. We left the windows open for the nice cool night air but that meant it was a bit noisy until everyone was in bed.

Jessica and Yuri were outstanding, friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable. The Italian breakfast buffet was excellent. The hotel is located next door to the Palazzo in the old city center which couldn't be better! Best water pressure in the shower I've had just about anywhere!

an excellent place that we got by chance ! 2 hour drive from Rome an 1 hour from Florence, it’s a fantastic hotel in an old small Toscan town. the staff was very friendly and happily accepted our small dog. the room was very clean and with nice furniture fitting well the building’s architecture. the view from the room was amazing.

breakfast: it is not acceptable that if breakfast is served (on a Saturday) until 10 am, food it is almost finished at 9:30. the owners know in advance how many rooms are filled. moreover the quality of food was very poor. in Italy there is fresh bread, ricotta, nice jam and local honey, local prosciutto: it was all poor packed food from discount grocery store. the hotel will greatly improve with a nice breakfast

Owners of the hotel are extremely nice and polite, definitely worth a stay if you around. Room and bathroom very clean, old style, which corresponds well with the building. Very simple but good breakfast, amazing coffee!

Booking.com doesn't cover the city tax, so be prepared to pay this surprise tax.

Great breakfast. Very accommodating staff. There really are only two hotel options in Monte San Savino. This one within the city wall, and another one outside.

The bed could have been more comfortable. Many lights were out in the bathroom which made getting ready more challenging. All in all it was fine for the price. Breakfast was average quality but certainly filling.

The location and history of the property were fabulous. The breakfast room was full of history and without a doubt was interesting place to enjoy breakfast. The owner/staffer was generous in thought and service mentality.

Very old equipment. Air conditioning don't work hard to sleep. Breakfast only sweet stuff.

The hairdryer was damaged with a broken tube so we couldn't dry our hair properly as air was coming out from mid tube.

We arrived the town late and couldn't find a restaurant that wasn't fully booked. The staff found one and booked it for us. Really appreciated!
