The rooms could have been slightly larger but for the price and location was fine. If there had have been hotel parking available that would have been great as the public car parking across the road was very expensive and I imagine in peak season it would be hard to get a spot.

Location was excellent, right across the road from the beach and a short walk to the main centre for restaurants and shopping. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The small gym was fine for a quick weights workout (10kg max dumbells) and a running machine.

Our guest experience with Alexander was 5 star. He was so gracious and accommodating and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Julia on the other hand was our only negative experience at the property. To be totally honest, she was rude, very stand-offish, not helpful at all and seemed to hate her job. Whereas Alexander would open our bottle of wine, Julia litterally slid the cork-screw across the counter at me. If she could have thown it at me, she would have. She also was NOT busy at the time or I would not have imposed.Our traveling comapanions asked for ice and Julia's comment was "oh ya, what are you going to carry it in". We absolutley loved the hotel but perhaps Julia needs to look for another job.

The location right next to the Mediteranean & prominade was perfect. Everything was within walking distance.

If it had a swimming pool that would have been an unexpected bonus but there is a roof terrace and it is just 1min from the beach. Our floor (5) didn’t have balcony but wide opening windows did the job.

Ideal location a hop skip and jump to a sandy beach cove, great shops a wide choice of restaurants as well as the older part of the town. We had a side sea view which was good.

The hotel was just a little dirty in some places.

The location of the hotel was excellent and when I contacted the hotel prior to arrival the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Air conditioning is old and noisy. The room was a little tired - cracks, old furnishings. Bathroom fittings were old, perhaps some mould. Water pressure was poor

The ambience, room size and view was excellent. The location in proximity to the shops, restaurants, beach is excellent.

Parking facilities are not great. Having said that you can use the big parking opposite the Hotel when it is not full.. Also, we had a very unfriendly receptionist the first day which spoiled our arrival , but after that, all the other receptionist were absolutely amazing.

Wifi did not work at all. The staff was unable to help due to language barrier. The room was not ready for check-in at 3pm - we got the room around 3:30pm.

Nothing could be done by the hotel to improve the heavy noise of the local traffic, particularly the noise of trucks and motorcycles. We closed our door to the balcony, and it was much quieter-- but who wants to close the door on beautiful fresh air and an ocean view? It was noisy, but that being said, we would return.

This hotel, while very very noisy outside, was very good INSIDE. For some reason, we just loved it.
