The room has a kettle for tea but there is not coffee, a few parts of the rooms were missing some things or broken - in my room, the toilet seat was broken and the fridge wasn’t there. But these did not takeaway from the overall stay in the hotel.

The location is perfect, it is situated not too far from the centre of Sanremo, the hotel has spacious rooms with high ceilings. Staff were nice and friendly.

Everything work well during our stay. The terrace is being renovated so we can’t explore it. But there’s plenty to do in Sanremo so it’s not an issue.

The hotel is excellently located. The rooms are clean and spacious. We have a balcony facing the sea so it’s wonderful. We also like the decor of the hotel.

The parking condition around the and inside the hotel. I had to give my car key to the receptionist because of lack of space. As I forgot only once to bring it back, I had to pay a penalty because the car behind me had to leave. So they had to remove my car and the hotel charged me 120 €. Bad experience for so a lovely place.

The room and bathroom were very much style over substance, ridiculously small shower,not suitable for a larger person, pillows like stones and the balcony railings were wobbly so felt unsafe sitting outside. But both were clean!

The bathrooms could have been better, but still it was ok.

The hotel is very nice at a very good location. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were comfortable and the beds were great. The breakfast was exceptional!

One reception staff was rude when I asked about the parking we had booked. She asked me to prove that we had booked parking (WTF?). The hotel's upkeep has let some parts of the interior get a bit run down. Parking was a bit tricky - the male hotel clerk, who was very nice, helped us park (it was a big German hire car), but in the morning there was no one avail to help extricate said car, which was wedged in a basement carpark and had to be reversed out down a very narrow alley, full of other hotel parked cars. Typical of the area, but beyond our skill set - thankfully a Spanish guest took pity on us and helped. The hotel clerk just said that she didn't drive and that was that!

The location is excellent - within walking distance to the beach and the central area for shops and cafes. The hotel lobby and exterior are magnificent. The view from the roof and balcony at the front is stunning.

The room was a tiny bit small but not so that it was a problem.

We loved the building as it looked like a palace from the 1092s. It is on the main sea-side road that connects Sanremo with the rest of the coast. The room was comfortable and had a lovely view of the sea. We enjoyed the beds and the facilities were fresh and modern.

No AC was operational even though it was 28 degrees - apparently it only runs 3 months a year - so book with that in mind Room so hot - couldn’t sleep Staff less than helpful bordering on not caring
