Chech in was a bit complicated as I found mixed room keys. Shabby room, surprised that old furniture isnt respected as it suposed to - dirty couch... Breakfast with no ordered menu... even I had to choose it in advance. In the late evening came back and found elevator which didnt work. To climb to 4th foor was a bit tireing...

If you arrive at night it is very difficult to find the place. There is no sign or anything. You have to follow a long and complicated procedure. It felt like getting out of an escape room!

A very beautiful apartment floor that has been converted into a B&B. The location is perfect and some of the rooms have sea views. The breakfast and cleaning staff were so kind and lovely.

One floor tile in the bathroom was cracked and crumbled which was not ideal with my small kids.

Stay was very good. Located in perfect peaceful place near coastline. Also the bus and ferry connection is so comfortable. Along with owner behavior. He is very gentleman and always helped with right information. I had q very nice stay in Napoli.

Our host was lovely and welcoming as were housekeeping and breakfast staff but the receptionist was decidedly cold not even saying hello. I suspect perhaps her employment related to her lack clothing or lack thereof but hey nice view and my wife was mildly amused

Property is in a good location with a short walk to Santa Lucia. The room was quite large and the choices for breakfast was good. Train station was a short taxi trip away while the ferry terminals were within easy walking distance.

It was hard to find the place because Google maps showed a bit different location and address. Fortunately the address on booking.com and one the messages from the hotel was perfect.

Air conditioning working perfectly was a blessing, TV had a range of interesting channels, the style of the place was magic, the interior was original, the cold inside magic. Amazing, helpful stuff and manager. We could leave bags and go sightseeing and later stay a bit in the lobby before moving on with our travel. The instructions from the hotel how to get to them were helpful. Breakfast was ok.

The waitress was a little haphazard and took ages to bring me a cup of tea!

In a good location, and very nicely presented. Gino the host was very helpful and super friendly. The room was really lovely, large and very clean. The bed was very comfortable.

this is a grand old apartment townhouse style accommodation. I’m 6’5” and arriving at this capacious room with high ceilings and a spacious and fully functional bathroom was very relaxing. this was especially appreciated after tiring day in a fascinating city.

The only problem was the elevator which was often out of order. Not a problem most of the time, but a bit difficult if travelling with a lot of luggage.

The location is excellent, in a beautiful palace on the sea-promenade of Chiaia. Great restaurants and bars in the nearby. The rooms are nice and comfortable, extremely clean, with air conditioning. Rich and excellent breakfast. The staff was friendly, kind and extremely helpful. Definitely a great accommodation, I would certainly choose it again!

The walls of the rooms seem pretty thin, so one could hear the neighboring guests.

The location is great, central on the one hand but very quiet on the other hand. The sea promenade is very close. Super close to the university and not far (~15 minutes walk) from a nice, lively area of Naples with many options to have great Napolitan food and go shopping.

The location and the style of the property are exceptional. If you want a new flash hotel then this place is not for you - it oozes classic charm and style and I was very happy to have found it.

Not the property's fault but the local dogs woke up early and let us know all about it. Not a problem for us but would have been if you had wanted a longer lie-in.

Lovely, fashionable B&B operated in a stylish appartment in a traditional building. The staff were first class and the owner very helpful. The very simple breakfast was a nice way to start the day. The lift, although slightly challenging to find on arrival, was really helpful for the luggage. There are some excellent restaurants within easy walking distance.

All liked it. Of the features - the two metro stations closest to the hotel did not work. About what carefully warned by staff. This is a private B&B/apartment so don't expect a big sign with the hotel name and a uniformed porter at the entrance. It is not obvious that the old door without any signs is the passage to the patio, from there you need to turn left, where there will be an entrance to the elevator just on the street, which will take you to the 4th floor to the hotel! But once you figure it out, it's quite convenient. It’s just that we are from a very northern country, where there are simply no elevators on the street (they freeze) and did not immediately understand this system with an external elevator. But the owner was in touch all the time and helped in everything!

Cozy atmosphere in Neapolitan style. Friendly staff, fluent in English and always ready to help. Convenient location. Good breakfasts in the morning. Quiet and friendly little hotel. Nearby are two fortresses near the Gulf of Naples. Located not very far from the center of Naples. Very nice and comfortable inside, recommend.
