The rooms were great and staff very helpful. The aftertoon/evening snacks in the bar were perfect and the staff there great! Great breakfast but staff could have been a bit friendlier.

Soundproofing can be improved, however we understand it is an old building.

If you don't have a local number it is impossible to call the hotel shuttle to pick you up in the town centre or from the lifts. The centre of town is an 11 minute walk to the hotel which is slippery in ski boots. I am not sure if it was me or I didn't see that you could contact the shuttle by what's app which would be very helpful to tourists.

Excellent service, Staff was great!, very friendly especially Willy and Sammy, Facilities were nice and the food was excellent. I would recommend the half board option. I can't wait to return next year

It was a little too warm for us in our room. We made sure the heaters were off, but we had to open the windows frequently to cool it down inside. It was cold outside so the building must retain heat quite well.

The entire hotel is beautiful, tastefully decorated, inviting and beautifully designed. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The restaurant was nice; we chose the half board option which included dinner as well as breakfast. Dishes were a bit hit/miss but the buffet items were consistently good. The spa facilities knocked me out, they were fantastic. Indoor pool, multiple steam and sauna rooms, relaxation rooms, delicious tea and snacks, outstanding!

The most incredible hotel! The staff are so friendly, the facilities with an indoor and outdoor pool, gym, saunas and spa were amazing and we used them all constantly. The value for money at this hotel is remarkable, afternoon teas, breakfast and dinners were outstanding. Highly recommend!

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, staff were welcoming, hotel setting was beautiful. Heated swimming pool with stunning views. Breakfast was excellent, good choice, you can even squeeze your own fresh juice. Complimentary cake and tea at 4pm was a nice touch

Some rooms are close to the road and a little bit loud from it.

Very nice hotel and the area, including pool and the garden. Lovely village with stunning views on Alps. Breakfast and dinner are included. Good free garage with electric recharge station.

Everything was good

Beautiful garden with heated swimming pool. The food was excellent and the wait staff very attentive. We went with half board as they offered us a good deal on dinner. We had a car but we ended up taking the local bus into the village to avoid the hassle of parking. We got a free bus pass at the reception. We could have walked as the village is about a 10 minute walk. All in all our experience at this hotel was first rate and the resort town of ortesei is spectacular.

Loved everything about Hotel Luna. The staff were all exceptional and we loved them. The half board meals were amazing as well. Highly recommend and will definitely return soon.

The front desk was not as helpful as they could have been and the waiters would run into the kitchen and disappear after they sat you.

The breakfast and dinner additions to our reservations were delicious and had many varieties. We knew there was a spa but didn’t know how many steam room and sauna options were available, it exceeded our expectations.

The hotel was not full and at breakfast there is one main larger seating area with many windows very pleasant. We, however were seated in a smaller, less pleasant room and felt a bit second class. When the hotel is full it is understandable in placing the "lesser paying guests" in the second room. Not a big deal, but certainly noticeable.

Breakfast was quite good. Parking in the underground garage was convenient. The spa facility was more than we expected and was very nice on a poor weather day. The spa was included in our room price. Walking to Ortisei takes about 10 minutes on sidewalks.

I think could had longer hours for the spa. At least allow people a little more time to use it at night like but 2200 or 2300.

The Wi-Fi did not work at all in the room. We were on the second floor. That is the main complaint. Paid way too much money for no working Wi-Fi.

Clean, comfortable, and very close walking distance to the main center. The gardens and pools were beautiful.

Concierge service could be much better. We asked for restaurants suggestions and help with reservations and were told to Google and call ourselves. Any other hotel we stayed at in Italy would take a better care of us. Breakfast servers were hiding in the kitchen. There is a sign that the egg dishes can be ordered. The servers did not offer it even once and seamed like they were avoiding offering egg dishes as much as possible.

beautiful grounds, nice outdoor pool, spa services, great breakfast in a lovely bright and airy room, walking distance to town center, restaurants and cable cars, rooms are large and very comfortable. The hotel is right on the road, but rooms are soundproof, it was really quiet.

We loved everything about this property.

The staff was extremely helpful. The hotel was in a perfect location with easy access to the bus cable cars and town center. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean. The food and meal plan were also excellent.
