Can’t think of anything we would change. Even the weather was better than forecast!

The location was excellent. We could see the Colosseum from the street door to the apartment building. A short walk to the metro station and restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment was at the back of the building on a quiet street. The host communication was very good with advance information and suggestions beforehand. Arrival and departure at the apartment was no problem. They also arranged transfers to and from the airport and recommended and booked a restaurant for a special last night dinner.

Beautiful, spacious apartment. Hosts (Marco and Sara) and staff were unbelievably accommodating. Central location in a gorgeous and quiet building. Kitchen was stocked with water and sodas for us (not eve at our request). Nespresso coffee machine with STOCKED pods! Also received an unexpected recommendation document of all the greatest places around Rome and near apartment.

The apartment was beautiful - very nicely appointed and the meet and greet and check out was amazing. Fully stocked coffee pods and sweets plus cokes on the house. Close to the main sites and everything worked. Luxury showers a bonus

The is nothing to not like about this property!

If you are looking for luxury without breaking the bank, this place has it all. Every detail was thought of and every inch of the apartment felt like we were royalty. Marco and Sara have gone above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The location is perfect for walking to the Colosseum and is also near the bus stop. I only wish we had been able to stay in Rome longer!

Nothing at all - everything was perfect!

Beautiful apartment - the charm of an old building but with a modern finish. Plenty of room and all finished to a high spec. Ideally located walking distance from the Colosseum and great transport links to the rest of Rome. Plenty of lovely local restaurants nearby to the apartment too. Marco was super helpful, sharing recommendations for our trip and booking tables for us.

Laundry is convenient, and the dryer functions better after cleaning the old lint. Please pay attention to road maintenance on bus sections, which may cause some inconvenience. The apartment can accommodate multiple people, but there is only one key. Other than that, it is a good accommodation experience.

A very clean, beautiful, and quiet heritage house, quick check-in, paid airport shuttle service, and a traditional elevator, which is quite convenient. The kitchen utensils and bathroom supplies required for daily life are all complete. There are two Carrefours near the apartment, which are suitable for shopping and cooking. You can dispose of garbage on your own across the street. There are also many restaurants! Just like at home, water, salt, sugar, capsule coffee, tea bags, orchid, and candies are provided in the apartment in advance!

Well appointed apartment. Comfortable beds. Good equipment. The sweets which were provided were a nice touch. Good sized space in the apartment. Good sized toilets. Washing machine and dryer were modern and good. Marco and Sara were very responsive and helpful with recommendations and answers to questions.

The property is in a brilliant location for two Metro stations and a short walk to the Colosseum. The apartment itself is extremely well presented and nice so it feels like a real home from home. Marco, met us at the apartment when we arrived, but really went above an beyond as our flight was delayed by two hours so we didn't arrive until 1.30am, but Marco still met us there. Marco was also great at responding to queries before our stay and provided some really useful information. I'm quite fussy, but would definitely recommend and would stay again if we are ever in Rome again.
