You can hear everything form the adjacent rooms/bathrooms. The train station close by was not a big issue for us, trains are not running often during the night and the windows offer good sound proofing

The owner is nice, friendly and always ready to help us out (especially with the request of taxis). The hotel is new and well kept. Room was small but clean, as well as the bathroom (that room has not a real shower, but the shower is in the middle of the bathroom with the curtain separating it from the rest of it, but not with a dedicated space). We were aware of this because the owner showed us room and bathroom before checking in - for one night and the price, it was good enough for us.

We were supposed to have a room with a balcony but upon check-in we were told that this wasn't possible. The room we did get was okay and so it wasn't really a problem.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was great and in the evenings when we sat outside with a glass of wine chatting to other guests, our host would often bring out some snacks for us to enjoy. We stayed here specifically to go to the San Marino MotoGP and it was a perfect location for this. The hotel is only a couple of minutes walk from the railway station and the circuit itself is approximately a 40 minute easy walk from the hotel and is fun walking with all the other fans. It is only a five minute walk from the hotel into town in the evening to get something to eat.

The guy that was taking care in the evening was impolite., because I wanted to buy a beer and I wanted to charge it to the room. her wasn't agree with that.

One of the staff member or the owner was smoking inside the hotel, so there was a smoke smell in the reception and it left a smoke smell on my hair and some clothes

Hot water took 10 mins to come through which was fine in the hot afternoon but a little chilly in the morning

My room was exceptionally clean, modern and well renovated. I liked the location being out of the main strip, and was made to feel extremely comfortable there. I stayed an extra night as I liked it there so much! Very accessible to the train station, and the rooms were well insulated so the trains did not disturb me. Staff were so friendly and welcoming, breakfast was lovely, and I would definitely recommend Hotel Maioli.

Hotel is very noisy and way too loud. Breakfast preparation starts at 4:30am and you can hear the staff moving things around in the kitchen. Also, the cleaners in the morning does not worried about the guests sleeping. They draw bed, tables and chairs on closest rooms with no care. The railway is in front of the hotel, it is very noisy when the train service comes back very early in the morning. Late night, the staff and guests at the reception talks very loud, no orientation from the hotel to reduce noise during late night. I had to wear ears plugs to be able to sleep all nights I was at the hotel.

Room size is far for a couple, besides the room had a double bed and single bed. Close to train station, beach, city centre and Misano racetrack. Air con very good. Bathroom with good space and shower not so tight

Since the Hotel is located next to the train station it might be a bit noisy but since I went for Motogp 3 days full of noise It didn't affect me.

This Hotel is located next to Misano train station which was ideal for me since I arrived to Misano for Motogp with the train. The rooms are very modern looks like it has just been renovated. The facilities were excellent at the room making it very comfortable. The breakfast was very good with wide variety of food. The staff were extremely nice and helpful making the stay perfect.

Brilliant in every way. We especially appreciated the human touch and the helpfulness of all staff and how quiet and well insulated the rooms are. Family friendly, pet friendly, well, friendly all round. Super.
