We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Switzerlandroom! we had booked a suite duplex for 4 for having more place. Never book this room, ! 308 :no view, noise on the road every morning, no daylight, aso,,, we changed to a 3 person room which was nice 202 but NO water in the shower..

Italythe bed's mattresses were not so comfortable and I didn't aspect that in a 4 star hotel. When we arrived at 2 p.m. (they told us that we could check in after that time) our room wasnt' ready and we waited almost 1 hour to have the room.
I liked the location and the restaurant service (we had dinner there and it was super). The bar is also beautiful with a wonderful terrace!

Beautiful village, great views from the window, good breakfast. Very quite, there are no cars in the village, you will hear only sounds of nature. Price is very budget comparing to other hotels. Strongly recommend!

Everyone was very friendly and keen to help. The location was fantastic, we loved the views and the feel and the size of the room. We've booked to go again because we liked it so much!

Israel- location is challenging. - all in all, except for one angel in reception who was amazing and talked English we felt a little ignored by the other staff members. - It was very challenging in terms of communication- most of the staff did not speak English which caused A LOT of communication issues. - food was a HUGE concern. We were told half board was 37€ per person per day. We were 4 - that is a ridiculous cost!!!! Only after did I realize they probably did not mean the same cost for the kids - but nothing was said to me. - we were told we can order a-la-cart but when I checked the menus it had NOTHING for kids, so I said that to the guy at the front desk and asked what can I get the kids?. Instead of telling me that they did in fact have kids menu, he pointed me to somewhere else in Chamois. We spent our stay running after food for the kids and only on our last night due to some hick-ups found out THEY DID HAVE KIDS MENU!!!!!!!!!! - all and all - I felt that it was not a child oriented place - we were most certainly not made aware of the children’s options. Only if VERY specifically asked and in Italian… - breakfast was not great and again - lack of communication - the staff never said we can ask for eggs. We found out by accident on our second day. - we were offered a snow hike, which we were told was suitable for our kids ages. apparently it included a climb up the mountain all the way where the cable car goes to lake Lod and it is a HARD climb at night and a very late stay there. Personally I don’t think it’s suitable for kids in any age, shape or form - and I highly recommend even adults think long and hard if they are interested…
The room was very spacious and cosy Cleaned daily Close to the cable car - but *not* ski in-ski out We were lucky enough to have three days of snow - which made this location feel quite magical.
