Very well located and offered off street secure parking. Mary in Breakfast area was very helpful and friendly. Check in was very good but I can’t remember the woman’s name.

Sound proofing was a disaster. You can hear anything happening on the street. It's not a building, it's 4th floor of a building.

The location of the hotel is very central and the hotel is within walking distance to the attractions of Catania. The flat was comfortable and cosy. The staff was nice and helpful. The hotel has a nice sitting area and also a terrace.

The hotel is situated in a very small street with no available access to parking. We were at the mercy of some outside parking attendants not working for the hotel. The streets as wide as the car.We would never have drove the care ti hotel but parked it outside city and ubered in. After that all was very enjoyable

Very old hotel but beautiful room. There was a balcony overseeing the long old street of the city.. Beds were comfortable and large. High ceilings with frescos from a long time ago. Breakfast was very good with a most hospitable greeter and coffee and breakfast served by her.

The shower cabin is very small, the drain pipes (for the bathroom sink, shower and toilet) are smelly, so the bathroom was smelly most of the time. The pipes need to be cleaned or a fragrant room spray might also help.

Great location in the heart of the historic city center, very clean and well-equipped room, super-friendly and helpful staff at the reception and in the breakfast restaurant, excellent breakfast.

Good stuff, nice breakfast with beautiful terrace, spacious room on the last floor with beautiful view over busy street. Old building, comparing to more modern "europe", but it was clean, simple, and good. Decent hotel, would recommend. Ladies from breakfast were really nice and joyful)

If you have a car, do not stay here as trying to find parking everyday was a nightmare. The front entrance is a big turnoff. It was dark, insufficient signage and very unwelcoming. But once inside, the hotel is nicely decorated and laid out.

My superior room was beautiful, clean, comfortable and tremendous with a beautiful fresco ceiling. Breakfast on the terrace was real nice. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

- very unpleasant smell of detergents in the room and corridors; - poor noise isolation (we could hear lots of noise from the street and all the conversations of people staying in other rooms); - average quality of room finishing.

+ location (although it was associated with high level of noise); + breakfast (and the terrace at the top of the building) + decent looking room and all the interiors.

The shower broke down on the first day of our stay. which caused much inconvenience. The air conditioner was virtually ineffective.

The staff were special and did their best in dealing with the problems of the room. Breakfast was sensational and the service impeccable. Thanks
