You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomExtra charges for water during dining meals, while its ok to pay for other drinks including alcohol i consider charge for still and sparkling water unnecessary, given the full price of the half board, quite expensive minibar, charging for the beach umbrellas and sunbeds that belong to the hotel a 38€ a day is a rip off,

Romania1. I would have liked more diverse dinners and breakfasts, although what they did serve was very good.
1. The overall setting, location, sea, nature. 2. Services were almost impecable. First time in a few years I felt people were genuinely smiling when working (reception, waiters, bartenders, people on the beach). 3. Coffee was good at breakfast, which is not always the case even in 5* hotels.

ItalyMain restaurant fully booked, we couldn't get dinner there. Not a big deal as we were travelling by car , we went out, but a little bit disappointing for one night stay. Ants included in room service :)) Again, I handled it. But totally unexpected.
One night stay, toot short to provide consistent feedback. A 5* location with complementary cocktail and bottle of wine for welcoming you, golf cart with driver to move around, quite and relaxing (but it was end of season). An 'all-inclusive' for recovering from a year of work

United Kingdomloads of points to improve! - hotel is palpably old - outside of half board or full board food is VERY expensive and really off balance in quantity x quality x diversity. dinner at Petra Ruja is €60 pp for v small portion set meal, some days it was very poorly cooked: salty, chewy meat, poorly cooked - not enough healthy options at lunch in a la carte - hb lunch was truly disgusting, worst pasta I ever had in Italy, it was hospital food quality - you have to pay for beach access minimum 20eur per day ( 35 euro if you want first line on the beach) - VERY old and run down gym! no water or towels at gym, you have to carry your own. elliptical and bike broken - old dirty beach towels ( all with stains) - overall feels like a 3 star, most certainly not 5 star
beautiful location, the beach and the surrounding area are making this place very friendly and helpful staff in restaurants and on the beach (less so at reception)
