The property needs some work, especially inside the rooms - new furniture, new floors. We were a family of 4 and I requested a queen bed for us adults plus two twins for the children, instead they put two twin beds together to make a queen bed, but each one with its individual bedding. A bit uncomfortable and not ideal for a couple. The shower glass was too short compared to where the shower head was located so the risk of getting a lot of water on the floor is pretty high. Also, don’t do breakfast here. 10€ per person for stale cakes and croissants, very little variety, and machine made cappuccino. There is a bar pasticceria on the corner that will make you way happier.

Good price/quality ratio. Great location away from chaos, lots of nice restaurants down the street. We had a 4ppl bedroom and I was surprised it wasn’t as big as a sardines can. The patio in the back is also really nice.

Walls are very thin, you can hear everything that goes on in other rooms. Breakfast options was limited and coffee was just bad.

Hotel was in a walking distance of everything. Hotel staff was very polite and friendly.

Friendly stuff, excellent location-10 mun walking distance to Republic Square and nearest metro station, 20 mins by foot to Trevi fountain. Very good, safe neighborhood, lots of restaurants and cafés nearby.

Very well located, near the train station and close to metro station. You can even walk to the center. The decoration is old but in a good condition, reminding of something classic rather than abandoned. I would recommend it

Breakfast is very basic. No bar.to relax with a drink after a long day!!

Staff pleasant and helpful. Location good. Close to train station and most attractions. Area felt safe. We enjoyed our stay. Had a couple of very wet days and hotel staff were kind enough to lend us an umbrella. Also provided a nice restaurant recommendation..It was a good value choice for Easter week.

It is ran down and dirty. The bathroom in my suit looked like it has not been cleaned in months and it stayed that way after i opted in for a “room service” one of the days.

Location is good. Easy to find. Within walking distance to subway and many cafes/shops nearby for easy food options. Fabio at the front desk was very nice!

Friendly staff, helped us to check-in early, leave baggage all day after check-out and sorted a taxi for us. Also, room only had 1 pillow per person but the cleaner noticed our kids were using blankets as extra pillows and without saying just left extra pillows on their beds for them to use.

The shower was exceptionally small. The room even though was thoroughly cleaned the wear and tear was visible. Needs a bit of renovation, a coat of paint. Nothing that will prevent you from staying

The room was as described. Small, with desk and chair, room for the luggage, small cupboard with safety deposit box. Clean. Comfortable beds, even though we requested a double bed, there were two beds connected to a double. Was air-conditioned and had central heating. Small fridge. Central location in a safe area. Next to amenities (super market, restaurants, pharmacy etc)

The sewer ran right behind the wall at the level of the head of a person lying on the bed. Every time someone used the toilet, you could hear absolutely everything, it constantly wakes you up at night.

Overall a good location, 24-hour reception, friendly staff, quite comfortable room with everything you need. Room was warm enough, TW works, toilet is clean
