There was nothing we didn’t like. The only thing I will say is that if it was busy at breakfast time it could get a little chaotic as the area was small

The room we had was a bit outdated and so were some of the common facilities. However, everything was exceptional clean and tidy. We had a bit of an issue with rescheduled our booking (we couldn’t make the dates we initially booked since our child was sick) and we had to pay what the owner calls a 30% “penalty” to rebook which seemed quite a lot, especially due to the circumstances.

A lovely little hotel in the heart of Sirmione. We loved the bar/restaurant staff. Everyone was very attentive and kind and the food was excellent.

Room got warm at night without the air conditioning. It wasn’t turned on yet as it was cold during the day.

Beautiful location, beautiful hotel, beautiful people, beautiful breakfast with home made pastries. We will be back for sure. It is a very turistic destination but with the wright planning it could be a very nice place to rest, to enjoy with all of the senses, and recuperate.

Decor was a bit dated but not a big issue.

The staff were really friendly and were very responsive to queries even before check in. The owners were very warm and welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed and had a good experience. They were happy to let us use the terrace with sunbeds after checkout and stored our luggage for us. The location was superb. Close to the old town and really near the thermal spa. 100% recommend and will book them again if ever to return to Sirmione

Mattress are separated so may be uncomfortable if you sleep in the middle.

Location is really convenient to visit Sirmione, and the staff of the hotel is friendly and very helpful, making you feel very comfortable in their hotel.

Super lovely, friendly, and welcoming staff. The room was spacious, very clean, and had a marvelous view. The beach (lake shore) nearby was breathtaking, and all must see/ do activities were close to the accommodation. Lastly, the food was top notch, we loved the Italian specialties. Big up for the kitchen crew!

The smell on our terrace of sulphur - rotten egg smell.

Having the bar was lovely to use in the evening, had a lovely atmosphere. Breakfast was in the bar in the morning. The terrace at the top was lovely, although didn’t use due to the inclement weather.

Maybe more savoury options for breakfast. Nothing else!

The staff was so friendly, kind and accommodating. Everywhere was spotless. Nice to have balcony. Great location in middle of sirmoine between shops and restaurants and the grotto and beach. Great to have breakfast included too which had a selection of homemade pastries and cakes and fruit and bread. Catered for vegans and other dietary requirements. Let you store luggage.

I would have appreciated at least 2 bottles of water in our room as a complimentary service.

Absolutely everything was excellent. The owners and staff could not have been nicer or more hospitable. We absolutely love our stay and cannot wait to return.

Beds OK but not the best

Great location, good breakfast (plenty of choice), friendly staff. Elijah & Margarita are welcoming hosts with lots of local knowledge and are really helpful. We liked the location because it was not in the bustle of Sirmione but a short walk from the centre which made the hotel location nice and quiet
