Giulia was a great host, we loved our stay there and Achilles made us feel very welcomed! We only wish we knew to book a tasting ahead of time, as the place is quite small and if they book a private showing, you might not be able to join. We were able to sneak into an earlier smaller group so got to all we wanted and highly recommend trying Giulia’s 10/10 wines and olive oil!

It was harder in the evenings to find taxis to take us there.

Maria Theresa and her staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. The organic wines they make are excellent. The buildings are charming and unique. The view was incredible, we loved the entire experience.

€25 per day for breakfast was unexpectedly high considering it was two cappuccino, two croissants, some yogurt and fruit. I got the same breakfast every morning at a cafe in city center Rome for less than €10… Also, the bottle of wine in the fridge is NOT complimentary (despite this being customary that if a bottle is left in the fridge, it’s for the guest to try).

We stayed 3 nights here during our two month road trip around Europe and it was the only leg of our trip where we slept like we were at home. The place is extremely peaceful with stunning views of the countryside. The beds and pillows are of top quality and sooooo comfortable (and well surpassed every other bed we slept on in the past 2 months - even several 5 star hotels!). The owners treat you like you’re family. Our son had a cough during our stay and the owner brought us honey and homeopathic syrup (without us even asking). My only regret is that we didn’t stay here for a longer stay and rest/relax and drink more of their delicious wine and enjoy the company of the very friendly owners.

The panoramic views are breathtaking and the location is key. Can be to Rome within a short drive, but far enough away to enjoy the tranquility of the night. Also, the wines are fantastic and so is the family that operates the vineyard. The apartment was ample and had everything that was needed.

We have been very well welcome. The location was amazing, with a nice view on the vineyards and Roma. Any issue has been solved quickly, the room was big, comfortable, and I really advise you to take the wine dégustation ! You can easily go to Roma by metro leaving your car on a cheap parking (5km from the location). We really loved the place !

only slight negatives, no kettle and had to boiled water in microwave. Also the water pressure to the shower a little erratic but then it is on a hill.

Nothing at all to dislike. The town is small and it should be noted that there arent many restaurants and markets close by and also are open for limited time during the day. Either get a car/bike for yourself or make sure to take all groceries to the resort on your way from the train station.

Location was oh so great! The lady running the resort was suuuper nice and accomodating. The dog Achilles was great company. Wine was great too! The whole experience of living in the coutryside, cooking your own food was a great experience.

We LOVED staying in the outskirts of Rome. The view from our room was exceptional, the best we had on our entire trip! Rolling hills with vineyards, great sunsets and Rome in the distance! WOW! It was so nice to get fresh air every day lounging around the property. Lots of birds! Easy access to Frascati + a day trip to Tivoli. Our hostesses Mariatheresa and her daughter Giulia were so welcoming and full of good info.

The location was great and the view was really amazing; we loved the sunset. Our hosts were very accomodating. Their dog was a terrific bonus. There is no restaurant on the property for dinner but they directed us to one nearby that was convenient and delicious. We just missed the winery tour at Merumalia but they gave us complimentary wine- also delicious. We mistakingly thought we had 2 rooms but fortunately they had a single room available. There are only a few rooms and that made it even more personal. All in all we are very glad we found this little gem in Italy.

Everything was perfect !

The view was spectacular .. we bought wine to take back ! We loved the dog and the owners were so nice and helpful .. and gave us a great restaurant destination in Frascati.

No ventilators in the rooms. However due to the fact that appartment is on a hill, it is often windy so you get some natural airflow at night.

Beautiful view from the terrace with a lot of places to sit. Spacious appartment with 1 real bedroom.
