The shower cubicle/nook in our rook was very small, we were barely able to use it and we are not over average in size.

Location near the train station and in the centre is great. Breakfast was very good with a lot of choices.

The room was large but basic. Shower wasn't great and flooding the room was unavoidable...made the place very slippy. Decor could have been brighter and shelving in the bathroom would have been useful.

It was very close to the station....easy to get about. Also near the centre, perfect for eating out etc. Breakfast was good.

Rooms should have been checked for any Defects.The 2nd room given as change was also having problems with the Bathroom door. Room maintenance needs improvement.

Location is great.Very close to Train Station.Close to the Beach. The room was good and comfortable. Staff was helpful and changed the allotted room after we raised a complaint about a leaking water tap in the bathroom. Breakfast was good.

As a lone traveller I was a bit apprehensive about gangs of youths hanging around near hotel front. The bed covers were itchy blankets but the sheets were nice and clean. The room was attended to everyday and fresh towels and toiletries provided.

Location perfect for Train Station and easy to walk down to Lakeside and restaurants.

Not particular to this hotel, but the Euro habit of not providing a top sheet, so no cover if you take off the doona for warm nights (Sept stay).

Excellent breakfast. Great location (handy to train & bus to the cable car, and short walk for restaurants, ferry & shops. Could control air-conditioning in your own room too ;)

They suddenly changed time of the brekfast so we we rushed to finish. We were told the breakfast are from 7.30am to 10.30 but they changed it to 10am the next morning

Being closer to the station and the resort as well, As shopping and restaurants there were two Turkish restaurants nearby which was really beneficial for us to access Halal Food.

Soundproofing wasn’t so good in the hotelrooms so we could hear all the noises trough the walls. Under the hotel is a restaurant where comes a lot of loud noises at every night.

The hotel is located near by the train station and the bus station. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly.

There are a lot of loud people under our window during the night, on the street, it was so disturbing. But it was Saturday night, so maybe it wasn't custom there. .. The bathroom equipments were overused, the tap faucet was instabile, and the shower holder to., and the shower was dripping in off position..

The breakfast was delicious and the room was really good. The receptionist was helpfull, and the hotel was 100 m from the railway station, and the bus stop so the location was excellent. It was in the really city center. The room was modern, and the furniture too.

Even though the location is good, there are always noisy teenagers smoking right in front of the main entrance. Our windows were right above and the noises travelled as the window was slightly broken. The whole place needs updating in my opinion, as it seems overpriced for how it looks like. The shower curtain rod was broken and hanging down because there was no towel rail and they were hanging towels on it. We thought that the small fridge didn't work on the first night (it just worked very badly as it wasn't very cold at all) but nothing was done about it. The breakfast was ok, a typical buffet. (But no vegetables )

the location, although it was pretty central and close to the train station, was very loud at night with some shady people who kept drinking at the bar nearby every night

Our windows overlooked the street, small bar on a first floor. Noise and smoke unless the windows closed. Hotel needs repair, quite shabby overall. But ok for one-two nights with no high expectations.

Location is fine. Spacious room for four. Comfortable beds. Clean.
