Cleaning daily, but not very high quality, pushing the second bed saw pieces of dust and dirt. For those who care about evening and nightlife - the center of the promenade is far enough away. But there are many restaurants nearby.

The hotel is on the first line and quiet enough, as it is a bit far from the center with a walking area. The balcony overlooking the sea redeemed the old look of the room. The beach is private, lovely, sun lounger and umbrella included in the price. Buffet breakfast, not typical for most Italian hotels ( include yoghurts and eggs) Friendly staff/

Expensive restaurant, but fortunately there are alternatives nearby. Bunk bed without a ladder, children had to climb using a chair or other furniture - well it was fun for them, but it's not what I expected. Apartament equipped with a good TV with smart features, but all of them were disabled - no way to use Netflix or any other streaming, we had a super-cool smart tv but we were forced ot watch only Italian TV. Wifi requires login every time I connect. Kitchenette without a kettle, had to boil water in a pot. The hotel's webpage said there will be some kind of playground in the sea, but nothing like this was present. One more thing, maybe not abut the hotel itself, but about the city of Lido di Jesolo - the city is very long, but there is no good way to travel around the city with children - poor busses, no bikes for children, just long walks in the heat (which maybe fine for adults, but not for a 5-year-old kid) and pretty expensive taxi. We wanted to check the aquapark, but were unable to do it also because we had no reasonable way to get there.

Great location, really close to the sea. Nice beach (beach-pass included) and swimming pool. Big enough apartament with kitchenette, great for the family with children. Fast enough wifi. Friendly staff. Air conditioning in the apartament. "Universal" electric sockets, compatible with Italian plugs but also Polish/German ones. Lots of sun and fun on the beach.

Small thing only....I would have loved some fresh fruit salad for breakfast.

The staff were just lovely and nothing was a problem. Loved how near we were to the hotels private beach and that sun beds, umbrellas were reserved for our stay. Pool area great alternative to beach also.

Interior colors, as well as the lighting, is dull and gives a somehow bad atmosphere. The breakfast is of good quality, but it could be more varied.

The staff is very friendly and pleasant. Everything is exceptionally clean, excellent location, nice view, parking and brand new SPA.

The view both from our room and the cafeteria was magnificent. During breakfast we could choose from various meals which were all fresh and delicious. Not to mention the friendly, helpful and generous staff. The hotel's location was right at the beach so basically we could walk in the sea from the entrance of the hotel. Someday we'll definitely come back here.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful hotel that exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel's prime location, delectable breakfast, and Spa. The location of the hotel couldn't have been more perfect for my needs. It was situated in a central area, close to many of the major attractions and landmarks that I wanted to visit. The surrounding area was bustling with life and energy, yet the hotel itself was a peaceful oasis amidst the hubbub. The breakfast served at the hotel was absolutely delicious. There was a wide variety of options to choose from, and everything I tried was fresh, flavorful, and expertly prepared. The breakfast staff were also incredibly friendly and attentive, making my dining experience all the more enjoyable. The combination of its convenient location, delicious breakfast, and wonderful Spa amenities make it a standout choice for anyone looking for a luxurious and restful stay. I will definitely be returning in the future. Five stars!

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. We literally did not want to arrive at the hotel in the night and have to sleep on the bed. Mattress was extremely hard. Pillows were also very bad. Bedroom walls were a red colour which did not help much to have a nice rest. Television was so tiny that you could barely see anything. They have 2 hotels, which it is not advertised in the page, one in the front called Mondial (that has elevator) another in the back (not directly in front of the beach, but the room has a side beach view) called mini Mondial (that does not have elevator). Although we reserved through the page in the Mondial hotel at our arrival we were located in the mini Mondial

The breakfast room was very nice, with a nice beach view. Hotel location was in front of the beach and very nearby from the main street. Parking was good, they have an open and a closed parking area.

Except for the fact that they should update the rooms and that they should work on clealiness, everything else was perfect! The staff were so nice, ready to please you, to help you; the spa was so perfect, food is good, view amazing, you have two free beach seats and an umbrella. Excellent! I would really recommend it, but I would advise to pay attention at the cleaning and to upgrade the room a bit. Otherwise, I would return with no esitation.

Finding on site parking might seem a bit difficult for less experienced drivers.

Excellent location, on-site parking, sun-bed and umbrella included! Early check in possible and even after check-out to use the pool! Recommended!

The Hotel rooms don’t have a good isolation and is it not quiet at all. The 1 person bed is also not comfortable at all.
