Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

HungaryThe hotel is lovely Italian family owned place. Good destination close to the beach, but at the same time quiet, had some really good sleep there, if you want to rest.😊 The room was tidy and very well equipped with a hair dryer, air conditioning (with NO EXTRA COSTS!!! ❤️), a safe and a mini fridge, which was one of the most important things for me. Cleaning took place every day if required, the staff is lovely and helpful, always smiling 🥰 Good breakfast offer every day. I’d recommend it to everyone you won’t regret it. ☺️

The personnel was amazing - very friendly and always helpful☺️ During one week holidays we had no problems at all - everything was as it should be. The hotel is close to the beach and the airport as well which is great, but far away from the Rimini centre (I consider it as an advantage as it wasn't so crowded). There is also railway traction nearby, therefore trains could be heard outside, but it wasn't the case at night. In the room there was air conditioning working very good (the key factor in July in Italy). The room was cleaned up everyday. Regarding other facilities - at the reception you can ask for a discount for 2 sunbeds and an umbrella at the beach 119&120 (15 EUR/day instead of 25) and for beach towels. Breakfast - both savoury and sweet options were really tasty. Again fantastic service delivered by the personnel.

My vacation at the hotel "Monica" was great! The staff is very polite and friendly, always ready to help. The hotel and room are very clean. The breakfast is very tasty and varied. To the sea - 5 minutes on foot. There are many cafes, restaurants and shops nearby.

Let me start with the staff which was fantastic. We were welcomed like a family and we were treated like one. We were told what to visit, where to go and what to keep an eye on. If we needed them, they were always there to help. The room was perfect in every inch, it was clean, the bed was comfortable and every facilities mentioned in the description were provided. Moreover there was air conditioning and refrigerator. The room was cleaned every day. The location was also great. It took 8 minutes to get to the subway station or 5 minutes to the bus stop as well as to the beach. Breakfast was very tasty and variable. Everyone could find something for themselves. BelgiumPerhaps only one: there is no sea view. The hotel is indeed very close to the beach but do not hope to see any of it (which for us was fine).
The hotel is really quiet, even though it has a lobby where one can have a drink (there was a big group enjoying themselves during our stay and we did not hear anything from our room). Dogs allowed in a room but not in a breakfast area. Close to the local airport (but no/little airplane noise).

Czech Republic- what the hell is wrong with your cleaning service? They start to clean the rooms at 8 o'clock every single day! And they do so by throwing stuff (i.e. broom) around, pushing the furniture (chairs) on the floor and talking loudly. Don't they understand people visit your hotel on their vacation, so many of them still sleep at 8am? They were so loud, we woke up and could not sleep because of them! We wanted to sleep well and long. I was in a lot of hotels, but I was never woke up by the cleaning service at or before 8 am every day! This experience almost ruined our vacation - it was not good way to start the day. It made us really unhappy. - with the issue above, I've noticed the overall poor sound isolation between the rooms. The funny thing is, outside isolation is quite good, but you can hear everything from the adjacent rooms and mainly from the hallway - also if we were in the room at the time of the cleaning time, they would just skip our room and did not try again later! Sometimes they did not even try. So because of this they cleaned our room maybe twice for the whole stay (10 days). - wifi in our room was really slow. I don't know if the internet connection in general is slow in this hotel or if it was due bad wifi signal - the pillows were rather hard - granted this is purely subjective thing - expensive breakfast and dinner (so we ate somewhere else) It's hard for me to give Hotel Monica a score, because I hate giving bad score, however getting woke up by the cleaning service every day was so disappointing that I simply can't just let it be. So there you have it - number 6 described as "sufficient". It was maybe "sufficient" for us, but not pleasing. Because we did not have breakfast or dinner, we only needed the hotel for sleepover and that was not fine for us. Please reschedule your cleaning or learn them how to be quiet.

(Instead you tried to force us to pay city tax by cash instead of a card.) And now that I see your response, I'm happy I did not waste my time describing my issue personally - you would be arguing with me and telling me I'm lying, just like you did in your reply there! Learn how to be customer oriented. Your attitude is inacceptable for 21. century. Too bad you can't accept negative feedback and fix it, so you can do better in the future. Your breakfast is among the most expensive ones and dinner for 18 EUR per person per day is simply crazy when you can get complete meal for 8-10 EUR + drink (~3 EUR) anywhere else around. Your hotel simply is not 9/10. The rooms even don't look like as nice as the ones on the photos (this is mentioned even in some other feedback). I fixed my rating to be more appropriate - now that I see your response I can't give good mark to staff and cleaning was bad too (only twice per 10 days is not acceptable).
