You could not control the air conditioner from the room, which was not noted, so it wasn’t until I had to go ask how to adjust the temperature that I was told this. The girl at the front desk adjusted the temperature but it never got cool in the room. Apparently the cooling system is in the walls and floors and takes time to cool, but it never did. I let the girl at front desk know the next morning and she was very apologetic.

It was in an old typical Tuscan structure, so it had all the charm you would expect. The room was spacious and parking was available. Staff was very helpful and nice.

Easy to find, and great location for Chianti region, Siena, views and windling roads! The hotel does not serve dinner, but the restaurant next door does, same parking. Easy parking in general, easy to load/unload and then park. Good breakfast. Not warm, but some fruit, yougurt etc. Rustic charm, photos a little styled compared to reality. Easy check in /out. Small fridge. Internet so so in room, better downstairs. Garden room was ok for traffic, there is a larger road close.. Overall a nice stay on route (2 nights).

The friendly and very helpful staff and the fact that the hotel was easily accessible from the Via Francigena. The restaurant with good Tuscan food adjacent to the hotel is a plus since there are no other eating-out options within walking distance

Central location, the road next to it can be noisy at times depending on the location of your room. The hotel wasn't super crowded at the time, still heard some noises from neighbors through the ceiling. Overall these are none-issues, I recommend the place!

Good value for the money, good location. The staff is super friendly and ready to help with any question or with a little late night bartending. The service really makes this place.

Well the placement od the hotel is a bit unfortunate, because there is a busy road right next to the hotel, so keep in mind, that it is not the most comfortable to walk there by foot.

Loved the vibe of the common room downstairs. The breakfast was lovely. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was really nice. We also had very nice view from the window.

Rooms were poorly lit, quite dark. Hearing other guests above and in the hallway quite well. Showers ok, big, but not the newest.

The rooms would benefit from being aired a bit, when not occupied. The air was a bit damp when we first arrived.

Perfect location for a drive around Tuscany, with easy access to many lovely places. The setting is lovely, even if we are close to a main road. The staff is friendly and accomodating.

No AC, no mosquito nets on windows. Had to open windows to cool of the room, but nothing preventing flies, mosquitos and other creatures to fly right in. Were all bruised up from mosquito bites in the morning!
