Marina at the reception desk was awesome. The view from our room was splendid. The possibility to loan the bikes from the hotel was really nice. It was fun to bike in Chioggia. Too bad I didn't have time to use swimming pool, which was heated if necessary. I would like to come back to this hotel.

160 euros per night for one person was too much considering that it was not even high season yet (even if it was lagoon view).

The personnel of this hotel were very attentive, friendly and professional both at the reception and at breakfast. Impeccably clean rooms and good breakfast were also appreciated.

Very nice staff at the reception. Convenient parking vis a vis the hotel, across the street, but you can drive directly to the entrance. Comfortable apartment with a large terrace overlooking the harbor and Chioggia. Great location. Pet friendly. Very good breakfasts

What didn't we like? Nothing everything was perfect.

This is a superb hotel. The staff were warm and welcoming. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. We stayed in a suite which was extremely spacious and very comfortable. The hotel is dog friendly and even supplied a dog bed and bowls. Breakfast was served in beautiful room overlooking the marina. The selection of healthy food was amazing, even having fresh honeycomb for your yogurt, eggs and bacon and a wonderful array of pastries and cakes. Free secure parking is available across the road which is a great benefit. Unfortunately we were only staying one night on our trip and it wasn't enough to sample everything the hotel has to offer. We will definitely be back on an extended stay next time.

This is a delightful property. Rooms are clean & spacious. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast in the little breakfast room is really lovely. We stayed in winter when the weather was cold & wet but it was still an enjoyable stay.

Everything was excellent, just as pictured, along with the beautiful view of the boats. The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable, situated in a great location with parking available. We enjoyed a tasty breakfast and found the staff at the reception to be exceptionally friendly and available around the clock.

Great location and services. Free parking across the street 20 meters from hotel. Very good breakfast, eggs, bacon and sausage included :). Equipment and size of apparent was unbelievable.

I don't think the designers of the hotel tried to stay there themselves, and use its kitchen? =) The trash can is missing a "paper" designation. Every little thing – cutlery, plates, pots – is wrapped in single-use plastic, it's utterly ridiculous =(. There's no salt or pepper, so good luck cooking anything without first purchasing every item. There's also no dishwasher liquid, but there's a sign that says you that will pay for cleaning if you leave your dishes dirty =O. Finally, in the room we found 1 capsule of coffee and 1 decaf capsule. I would imagine that €200+ room can offer at least one more, if you want to have more than one cup in a day? =) Just after this hotel, I spent the night at another hotel up in Trentino, and it was actually meant for use. Here, either remove the kitchen (it only works for tea and coffee) or make it friendly to people who want to cook pasta or grill a fish off the market in Chiogga.

The best thing about our stay was the staff at the reception – I think it was Martina? Everything was easy, all our requests were met, and overall we felt very welcome, and very much as friends chatting with a friend. Very professional and very valuable, thank you for everything !! Moving on, the parking is free, and is right across from the hotel. Elevators available. Air-co in the rooms. Large balcony overlooking the marina. And the city of Chiogga is but a 15-minute walk away. The beds are comfortable, too!
