The place was close to the bus terminal and railway station. It was easy to walk to the seaside (just 10-15 minutes). It was also convenient to take a train to and from the airport.

Would have liked a privacy curtain on the bed and the water pressure on the showers was very low. Also I would have loved a more convenient / relaxing common room. The only way to relax back at the hostel now was either in the kitchen or on one of the cupboards in the hall. Apart from that everything was fine!

The kitchen was a nice surprise, a real Italian kitchen and fully equipped. I made Bari's classic Orechiette pasta from scratch and the host even helped me out and gave some useful tips. The rooms were fine, nothing special. The location was very convenient, near the train station.

For the price you pay, you need to expect compromises. The hostel only has 1 big bathroom for all guests. There are also no big lockers for storing luggage.

Incredibly cheap Hostel, great option if you want to save some money. The location is also good, not even 10 Minute walk to the city center.

Beds and bathrooms

I mainly booked this because it was the cheapest in Bari and close to the center and train station. I guess you get what you paid for. The most disappointing thing was the bed. I was in the lower bunk bed but they were so creaky and made a lot of noise that I could not sleep at all for the 3 days. Also the showers were not the best. One was cold. The others were too hot or cold. Overall, ok stay if you want to be out all day and just come to the place to sleep.

Comfy beds with fresh bed linien. Place to keep hygenic items in the bathroom (you don't have to go back and forth with all your stuff). Location is very good to use the train station and travel around Bari. Many food options on the walking street between the train station and the old town.

The beds are quite flimsy and loud so it’s hard not to disturb others. Rooms didn’t lock but in fairness it still all felt quite safe.

Over 30 euros for one night is a ridiculous price for a hostel.

The hostel is very close to the city center. You can also walk to the beach located only 20 minutes away. There are shops, restaurants, bars in the vicinity. The train station is only 7 minutes away. The host was very nice, welcoming and helpful.

As mentioned, easier directions/signage to find it. More storage for bigger bag. There was a locker tho for small valuables.

It was a cool building and not far from the station. Good security and friendly staff. Was hard to find tho, an extra sign outside would be good as I was walking around trying to find it. Only a very small sign at front door.

Very clean and tidy hostel in a good location by the train station, and about a 20min walk from the old town. Good value for money.
