The rooms are a bit modest and need some upkeep but honestly one doesn’t spend much time in the room. There’s so much outside to see like the beach and the centro storico of Rimini that if you’re spending time in the room you’re making a mistake. I’d stay here over any of the impersonal corporate hotels any day.

The host is amazing and incredibly attentive to every need and desire. It takes a lot of energy, especially at the send of the season, to be cheerful and pleasant all the time- and he is. This hotel is for sure a labor of love. And he works his butt off to make sure everyone is happy. The decor outside in the eating area and in the lobby are super. Much of the furniture is hand made from reclaimed materials, which is a testament both to the craftsmanship and the magical quality of some materials and how it comes back to life with some care - especially wood.

Everything was amazing

It was just a fantastic vakation! The hotel is very interesting and nice inside, there are a lot of interesting small decor, on the 3d flour there is a book-shelf with a lot of books for all ages. The place is really good - it's in 5 min from seaside, in 1 min from entertainments, but on this particular part of street is very calm and chill, so you reallly can relax there. Breakfast was just fantastic. It's really clean, the rooms were cleaned every day. But, the real pearl of all this is owner Rob. He was ready to solve any problem, and in fact we had a fealling, that we are like very long hoped-for friends, who came to be his guests. For better understanding, at the last day we had eay flight, and Rob said that we can have a brackfast. Iaccepted something light, as it allways can be in other hotels, but we had a full choise of dishes, made for us only at 6.30! I can say, that 50% of our chill vacation were due to Rob and our staying in this hotel. Highly recomended

The hotel was very very clean, comfortable, good price value. The room was not to big, but enough, on a good location. The breakfast was very good, a lot of options. Sweet, salty, fresh croissants every morning and the coffee was amazing. I am picky about my coffee and the coffee at the hotel was just perfect. All of this is thanks to Rob, the host. He is one of the nicest people I have ever met. He makes the hotel feel like you are at home. He made sure I always had a coffee during breakfast, and if anything was missing, I could just let him know. One of the best places I ever stayed at. If I am ever in Rimini again, I’ll stay again at this hotel :)

It's not a hotel. It's home. Roberto is a wonderful host- very friendly and helpful. He is always there for you. Nizza is full of exceptional decorations, it's a place with soul. Very close to the beach, shops, bars etc.

Nothing everything is great

What a great hotel I only wish I could stay longer. Last night of a 7 month trip and it was one of the best. What makes this place special is Veronica and Roberto they are so calm helpful and just lovely people. They helped me organize a very early taxi to the airport and sent me off with a packed breakfast. If you stay here you will be guaranteed a wonderful welcome and be well looked after. On top of that close to beach and excellent value for. Money.

Me and my partner were staying at this place for a week of our italian vacation. It was truly a great experience! <3 Hotel has an amazing, creative, artistic atmosphere and it really stands out from the other hotels around. Owners are really amazing, helpful and hearty people. It was great to start our day with a little chat with Roberto. :) Breakfast was very good with a wide range of different foods and tasty coffee. Very clean, nice room with private bathroom and air conditioning. And most important - the hotel is very close do the beach (2mins on foot), supermarket and bus stop. We highly recommend staying at Hotel Nizza to everyone who still can't decide where to book a room. :D
