Emanuele was very helpful and gave us all the instructions needed. The apartment had everything we needed for the weekend, but also for longer periods. It had an amazing private terrace overlooking the rooftops, with a barbecue, table, and lounge chairs. It is close to the colosseum and metro station, in a borough off the beaten track, with quaint shops and plenty of places to eat.

The soundproofing wasn’t great you could hear every conversation from other apartments and the street . We had an ant problem and if you were in the bath or shower it smelt of sewage .

The whole place was beautiful and had everything you could want and need . The roof terrace was a lovely extra . The bed was comfy and everything was clean .

The amount of light buttons was a bit confusing.

Lots of facilities and luxery. The roof terrace is especially nice. The location is great and easy to reach. The staff was friendly and gave some good tips.

I'm a big guy and found the shower in our unit a bit small, but still very functional

The unit is situated very centrally which makes sight seeing very easy. The bed is SUPER comfortable too. The unit was clean upon arrival

The only fault I have was that there were a few ants in the living area/dining area.

Amazing apartment in the centre of Rome. The private roof terrace was priceless, a great place to chill out after a day of walking. Lovely little personal touches. Great air-con. Love the radio speakers. 2 bathrooms was great for our family of 5. Antonio was so informative and made sure everything was in working order and that everyone was connected to the wi-if! He even walked us to the local Pizzeria which was our favourite dining place (Trieste) for eat in and take away pizzas. Monti was a great location. Close enough to walk to lots of the main attractions. We could walk from the train station to the apartment yet it was far enough away to feel like you were a step away from the madness.

Nothing really.

The location was superb . Access was down an alley, then through a door that led into a courtyard. Up some stairs to the apartment. It felt very atmospheric. The apartment was very well equipped. I appreciated the small kitchen area and the terrace. The handover was excellent too. Close to restaurants and supermarkets , as well as the major sites. I walked everywhere ( the Vatican was a 45 minute walk away but gave a chance to experience the cities . I preferred this to public transport , but that was close too). A 10 minute walk from the main railway station.

Really I had nothing to complain about.

The apartment lies in a lively and central area of Rome in good walking distance to many attractions. However, there is no traffic on that road and the apartment lies in a courtyard which is very quiet. There are even plants on the street and in the courtyard, very refreshing in the city centre of Rome! And there is a small rooftop terrace outside the apartment exclusively for the occupant of the apartment. There were all amenities provided, including good wifi and even an electric iron. The staff was super friendly both via mail and in person at my check-in. A request for a bill on paper for my employer was promptly prepared. I can highly recommend that place and would definitely book it again!

Livingroom and bathroom were excellent, everything we needed was to be found. The private terrace is perfect for when you want to relax instead of having to go out for food. The communication with the owners were super easy and helpful via Whatsapp.

Fantastic apartment with roof terrace. Nicely decorated, perfect location. Had everything you need. Clean. Huge space, we had two bedrooms en suite and a large kitchen/livingarea and a fantastic rooftopterrace in the middle of Rome. Close to Colosseum, restaurants and supermarkets. Walking distance to Termini Station. Nice, friendly host, that gave us lot of good info what to see and do out of ordinarie tourist attractions...

If I was trying to find fault, the toaster will need replacing shortly and the coffee percolator only did one cup at a time, would have preferred a bigger version, although the ground coffee came with the apartment so we didn't need to buy any so can't really complain.

The location is as described right in the heart of Rome, very close to the Cavour Metro station and a short walk from the Colosseum. The apartment is surrounded by loads of excellent restaurants (L'Archetto, next to Cavour Metro was a favourite and definitely worth a visit). Supermarkets very close. Our host Emiliano was great and flexible for the handover of keys as we were running late. He took time to mark out local supermarkets and restaurants he recommended. The apartment itself has everything you need including basic cooking ingredients and fully equipped if you want to cook for yourself. Rooftop terrace was such a bonus and we sat out every evening after dinner (still warm in late October). I would whole heartedly recommend this apartment for your stay in Rome.

The posting advertises a pullout bed I’m the living room. however, upon arrival we were told that if we wanted sheets for this bed we had to pay 7 euro extra, no matter what the posted accommodations are on booking.com
