Two occasions the lady that is cleaning the rooms tried to walk in while we were sleeping. She apologised of course but maybe there should be a better communication next time. For a room of three there is not enough sockets!

While everything was very clean, the floors seamed a bit greasy. Also notice that the windows of the room opens up into a very small courtyard so don't expect any views or much light to come in.

The location was amazing - you walk right out into the center of Rome, with its narrow streets. Also the appartment is placed right next to the best restaurants, a bit away from the biggest crowds - that was nice. Bathroom and beds were great, and the raw walls gives a feel to the room.

Location excellent , close to Amazing restaurants & walking distance to Vatican / Castle /Trevis Fountain / Spanish steps / Shopping. Hop on off bus etc etc taxis driver told us we had the best location. Accommodation clean & bed super comfortable. Will be back.

Very, very dated, squeaky bed, some stains on the duvet, quite noisy. Still good for a short term stay.

No breakfast but location was excellent. It was difficult to find. We would have never found it on our own since the door and building are not marked. However, communication was excellent with the staff who sent us a video and photo when we could not find it.It would have been nice if water was in the fridge when we arrived. The rooms are on the 2nd floor but it is okay if you dont mind the stairs or the very tiny lift (if you are not claustrophobic). There was a kettle in the room but just tea bags. No coffee or milk. No big deal since the moment you leave the hotel there are cafes everywhere. There were a couple nights that I was woken up by noisy people outside the hotel on the street/alley but I think you will get this most places you stay in the city centre. Bring earplugs. I would stay here again because of the location but it is very basic. The important thing for me was the bed was extremely comfortable (although there was just one pillow for each person) and it was clean.

This hotel felt very safe and I was not worried about my items being left in the room even though there is no safe in the room. Also, they allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel until we had to leave for the airport. They were very helpful in arranging a taxi. Superb staff.

The location is very central ,however, that also makes the hotel very noisy. There are shops beneath and so frequent passers by keep it noisy till late at night.

Very nice and cordial staff. Although I had not received a response for a ling time at the beginning when I booked byt once the communication opened, Irene and her colleague were very cordial and helpful. The room that we had was small but clean and tidy with fresh linens, spotless washroom and everything which is needed to stay a night or few.

This apartment was really nice and a great size for the 3 of us - bigger and nicer to others we stayed at during this trp. I like how it was decorated. We were on the 2nd floor but it had a small lift thankfully for the bags, which was great. The apartment had air con and a big bathroom. Its located in an awesome area, just behind Piazza Navona and on the very pretty Via Coronali and very close to get taxi. The host Irene was lovely, always quick to respond to messages, she allowed us to store our bags in the office area so we could enjoy the last few hours in rome.

Very basic facilities; soap bar while today in most hotel you get shower gel; no place to put the soap and shampoo in the shower, no sockets to charge phoned near the bed.

Location is perfect; room is big and spacious and has AC. Staff was nice and tried to help.

The place was neat and cleaned almost every day, making for a great room. The preparation for the accommodation was well-planned, with clear instructions sent out. The bathroom wasn’t as clean as we hoped (we didn’t use the body wash/ shampoo because they were sticky and had hairs on them) also the bathroom smelled really bad.

There was a terribe smell fro the bathroom sewer drain that filled up the facillities. We could't get rid of it though we stuck the sower drain and the sink drain with wett towels

There were some dust and hair in bathroom, but it was a European clean, which was ok.

Location is super cool, it is directly in piazza navona, and you can find lots of opportunities to have fun. Apx 10 min to pantheon and max 20min to Trevi. Nice bars and restaurants are around, street is always alive. Bed sheets and towels were unexpectedly clean! Really felt so comfy. And Vito, the guy who is helping us, was the nicest person ever! Helped us with everything! I would prefer it again definitely. In the pictures, room seems small for 3 but it is not. For longer stays maybe but for 3 4 days vacations, it is a perfect choice.
