The fact that we could hear every noise, from the thin walls but it was not a real problem!

The location of the B&B was excellent, a few minutes walk from Piazza di Spagna, Piazza Navona and Fontana di Trevi. The room we stayed in was small but with everything needed for a short stay. The breakfast consisted mainly of croissant and cappuccino but we enjoyed the fact that it was served in the room… The host was friendly and nice!

The toilet lid was missing.

Great location, room was very clean and had all necessary amenities (shampoo, hairdryer, minibar). You can choose Italian style breakfast directly to the room, we had delicious coffee and fresh croissants. Very nice host, check-in was super easy. Highly recommended!

Appartment needs modernization. Water pressure of the shower was low, window in the kitchen could not close.

Spacious. quiet and comfortabel right in the shopping center. We stayed on the 4th floor, had two big bedrooms (2x single, 1 double bed). All hotspots within 20-30 min walking distance. No elevator, so be ready to walk the stairs.

We had a small cozy room. Everything is neat, the only drawback was a blockage in the sink, which was very annoying! The staff is very friendly, Roberto adapted to our situation and gave us an early breakfast because we needed to leave urgently, we are very grateful to him!

Roberto is very kind person, other staff is also very kind. Before going to room we have contacted and there was no problem for check-in at late. Breakfast are really enough and good, Roberto's cappucino is the best. Me and my girlfriend were really enjoyed.

Water kettle was broken -- they removed it, but did not replace it. Staff was only available for a brief time each morning.

It was very close to evetything we wanted to see in the city, we never had to take transportation. Roberto was very friendly, the breakfast was more delicious than some of the popular “pasticcerias” :D

The bathroom could be cleaner, it was okay.

The location was perfect. The hosts were amazing and they let us check in earlier. They also let us leave our baggage on the last day because we had a late flight and we were walking all day. The room was comfortable and we are very satisfied.

Hard to find the front door. But once you do, you wont forget it. It's the alleyway behind the road opposite side to the Lego shop. The main door is to the right of the hairdressers.

Great location at a reasonable price. If your sight seeing all day its important to be in a central location. 30 mins walk from all attractions at the historic centre and great restaurants.

The vast majority of the bathroom tile and paint is black. There are a few keys including one for the safe deposit box.

The beds weren’t super comfy and only 1 small soft pillow person. The showers sprayed water everywhere and the air conditioner in the bedroom wasn’t working.

Good location close to major tourist sites. Spanish steps and Borghese gardens nearby. Vatican across the Tiber nearby too. Breakfast service excellent and Roberto helped us with questions too.
