There were lots of bees every morning at breakfast, made it very unpleasant to sit and eat.

It felt like we were staying at a half-finished hotel with the construction still on-going. The wasps were a problem at meal times especially breakfast. The food wasn't great.

It's great if you just want to lie on a chair and get some sun. Nice place to act as a home base while you visit more interesting eateries and sights. Very clean and had a gym (that they were still putting together when we stayed there).

There was lot of noise the first few mornings but it wasn't terrible. Would have been nice to have a warning. The restaurant was also completely closed on one day. We had no access to eat and had to leave. The bar staff are not very helpful. They were just partying together and not picking up anything.

The hotel was beautiful and in a nice part of the island. Close to everything you need. The private beach is very nice. The mini bar was good and the cleaning daily was very good. The room was gorgeous and the beds very good

Unfortunately, not exactly what you are looking at when you look at the pictures… Everything is beautiful and well designed, but a bit “tired”. The room had a horrible smell that actually made us uncomfortable. The bar closed early (earlier than written) so the staff made us cocktails to drink at the closed bar. Not a very good experience. The wine we ordered from the room service was bad, accompanied with mediocre food… Over all - a bit disappointing… The place has a huge potential, unfortunately not fulfilled.

A beautiful hotel with a nice private beach. The rooms was clean and calming. Above all was the staff of the hotel, which was very nice and welcoming, from the reception to the restaurant and bar- always there to help.

Breakfast poor quality in terms of choice, actual quality of the food and that, for example, the fresh fruit quickly ran out and was very slow in being replaced. There was not any member of staff actually managing the breakfast area and it was necessary to try and catch the kitchen staff that were clearing tables to make requests. There was an absence of management of the dining areas and many guests commented on this.

Fantastic location. Room nice and clean, shower/bathroom excellent. View over the bay to the mountains was stunning.

Thought the staff was great but could have used a few extra hands to check in and see if additional accommodations were needed. Also the entrance could use something.

The room given to us initially was very small. Only Enough space around the doube bed. There was no space/ cupboard for suitcase and to open 2nd suitcase. Air conditioner was not working. Temperature was 24 degrees. After complaining, room was changed to a superior room. In the superior All the bathroom fixtures were not fixed properly, especially glass shelf in the bathroom. Inspite of dinner reservation, we were ignored for 30 to 40 minutes. No one came to take our order for a long time. People who came after us, got their food before us. Pasta was raw and had to be pointed out. However on pointing out, the dish was re made. They did not even have a proper Iron. They gave us small travel Iron.

The reception staff was attentive and changed our room once we told them that our room air conditioner was not working

Not enough sun beds for the amount of guests.If you didn’t get in early you didn’t get a sun bed. Remember the people that missed out paid the same as the ones that got the beds

Our room with balcony was supposed to be "garden view" but it was just a large covered area looking onto the bins and staff car park. Definitely no incentive to sit on the balcony, as you couldn't even see the sky above due to the huge overhead sheeting. No option to change as we had the last room available. Would definitely recommend you confirm your room's view.

Great location, within walking distance of the port, shops and restaurants. Breakfast in the terrace restaurant has a good selection and beautiful views. Although the pool is quite small, the hotel's private beach (a levelled area on the rocks) has direct access into the sea, with calm waters. The beach area also has a beach bar and lunchtime restaurant, selling a selection of meals and snacks.

We booked the room with a balcony and jacuzzi which was lovely, although there was a walkway and sitting area directly beside us where other guests would come to watch the sunset, so there was no privacy at all, pictures were a bit deceiving on this. The included breakfast was very limited. The value for money, wasn't worth it, definitely priced high because of the season.

The hotel had an area by the water which had sunbeds available, we spent alot of time here. Easy walk to the ferry and nearby town with lots of shops and restaurants. The room was well sized.

rooms aren't clean and some need renovation. breakfast selection is abysmal. weird location if walking from marina - you are passing past garages and warehouses.

Admittedly we booked last minute but given the price being charged, we made assumptions about quality. These assumptions were well off the mark. Hotel has recently been renovated. In many places the finish is not up to scratch, for example, our shower did not have floor tiles.
