Very central location...5 mins from Rialto Bridge. Room & bathroom were very spacious. Very clean in general. Reception not manned after 4pm but they made it very easy to check in. Was exactly as we expected - good value for money.

1. Hot water was scarce in the shower, felt rather lukewarm due to low water pressure. 2. Expensive for what it is. Of course Venice is expensive itself but still.

The location is good, quiet at night, very welcoming ladies at the reception. In general has everything you may need.

Really nice place. Front desk is super helpful. Cindy. Clean. Easy to get to from Rialto stop. Easy to go to fundamente nova stop to go to other islands. Close to restaurants and square right nearby. Would stay again

Walls were thin, you could hear from beside and above. But it‘s just a minor thing.

The air conditioner was not so good, this was not working well. The room is hot to sleep without It. If you set up in a low temperature it seems doesn't to change anything.

The staff are kind and the location is excellent. A few paces from Rialto bridge.

Perfume type smell coming from the bathroom when the vent was on gave me a headache, keeping the door closed most of the time helped some. Otherwise, great stay.

My girlfriend said the in room hairdrier wasn't great, but it seemed ok to me .. albeit we have different lenghts of hair. The view from the window wasn't great but we were hardly there much.

Fantastic locations, easy walk to the Rialto or Saint Mark's Square. Rooms were clean and a good size. The lady on reception was very knowlegable and could not have been more helpful

Everything was great.

This was our second time in this hotel and it did not disappoint. Great location, and super cute rooms. They are always very helpful and welcoming. At this point We don't even check other places when we have plans for Rome.

Everything was super nice, the only maybe negative thing was the shower cap was fixed but that was okay for the 3-5 days stay.

The location was perfect. It's the middle of everything but not so busy that will create discomfort. We love the cleanliness of the hotel. every day there was a service that aired the room and cleaned it perfectly.

Great place in a very central location (8 min to San Marko, a couple of mins to Realto Bridge, half an hour to the train station or the bus station via one of main streets, lots of supermarkets nearby). Comfortable warm rooms with all facilities. Amazing host! Also, it seems it was much cheaper than other properties of similar level

The mattress was too hard for me. The noise from the street in the morning (people moving goods in something like wheelbarrows, starting early in the morning).

Excellent location, very central and close to the attractions, as well as close to Rialto stop of the vaporetto (nice when you have to pull your luggage on foot). Quite a large room, quiet at night. Very nice and helpful staff. Cleanliness.

It is quite in the city center, the room was clean, the bed was very confortable. There is also a supermarket close to the hotel. It is a quite area.

We were suprised how massive our room was for a family of three with beautiful interior and toiletries included. The place is just 5-6 minutes walk from Rialto Bridge and probably 8 minutes walk to St. Mark's Square. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.
