The husband and wife team were amazing, the room was gorgeous, and the breakfast overlooking the countryside was spectacular. We would definitely stay here again. Also, it is a very quaint area with great restaurants nearby.

Just a beautiful hotel in a lovely town. An extremely warm welcome considering I had made a mistake on my booking they were extremely accommodating. When we walked into our room, it was a pinch me moment with a balcony overlooking the Tuscan Valley, it was super. A lovely breakfast on a beautiful terrace

Next time we would prefer a room with a view of the mountains. They are a little smaller but probably a little quieter.

Our room was very stylish and provided with many loving details. We were received very friendly and felt completely comfortable. The old town can be reached in a few steps. The breakfast was varied.

The hotel was in the old town, a jewel! Furniture comfortable and tasteful, view beautiful. Owner friendly, breakfast tasty - we had a wonderful time in Palazzo Pacini!

We had an amazing time. The hotel is beautifully decorated. The location is fantastic. The breakfast amazing, and we were able to enjoy it on the patio. We took a break day here while walking the via Francigena and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stop and rest for a day.

Perfect location, it is so easy to access to San Gimignano and Siena and the other villages around. You will get an excellent service as the hotel owners run the business. Rooms are well decorated and quite clean. Frontside is on a narrow road but on the otherside there is a garden and terrace with an amazing Tuscony view. If you are lucky you can park in front of the hotel or there is a car parking nearby. Breakfast is satisfactory.

No kettle or coffee equipment but the breakfast was great.

Beautifully situated in a historic building that met all our desires. We opted for a smaller room that had a balcony and that view was worth it! The owner did ask if we wanted to change incase it was too small but we preferred a great balcony view over a slightly larger room. Highly recommended and the owner was lovely and even helped us find and book a wine tour during the slow season. Parking out front on street or parking lot a short stroll away.

No mirror in the bedroom. Next time I would book a room with countryside views as the room suffered a little from traffic noise but it didn’t spoil our stay
