The views are great, but all the staff were absolutely amazing they could not do enough for us, especially Antonio and Luciano. The food in the restaurant was really good and the service was great plus the waiter was so entertaining. This is a great hotel I bet it would be even better in the summer. When we had an issue with our taxi not showing up and we were going to miss our flight Antonio did everything he could to get us to the airport and just made the flight. We should have booked the transfer with them. I would defiantly return to this hotel. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. Thank you to all the staff.

We attended a New Year's Day "special lunch", which really was a five hour long celebration with very loud music and interminable waits between courses. I'm sure the differing expectations of a New Year's day lunch were lost in translation, but a bit more clarity would have been nice. And some of the food was not properly executed; perhaps they had a bigger crowd than they were prepared for?

when the kitchen is cooking, you smell the food in the room if the window is open and also on the balcony. They can change the way of filtering the air? The sheets were a bit to small for the bed.

Wonderfull view from the room and the balcony. Fine system of airco: It is central, but if it is to cold, you can open the window. They even changed the towels, even if we did not put them in the bathtub. Really helpfull staff Nice pool good and save parking

I liked everything.

Beautiful Hotel. Staff were excellent. Antonio looked after us as soon as we arrived and even gave us his phone number to contact him when we left in case we needed anyrhing or had any questions. Jiovanni looked after us in restaurant and shuttle service. These guys are a great asset to the hotel. Very nice hotel, Very nice staff. I would recommend this place highly. Hotel, rooms, reception, pool area, and grounds are exceptional and to a very high standard

Amazing, pleasant, friendly and really helpfull staff maybe the best I ve ever encountered Very good breakfast offering between 3 choices (one of them being vegan) the other two international and Italian Very good looking hotel with a clean swimming pool and a very good restaurant with some cool dishes and the possibility to have kids meals prepared by a chef Very good location for visiting Pompei Vesuvius Herculaneum and Naples by car (20 minute ride)

Nothing at all

This hotel is in a small village/town around an hour from Amalfi ~ Sorrento ~ Salerno etc , and due to this , is far more value for money due to having to drive places . We hired a car for 150 euros for 6 days ! But , it's the most amazing base to visit all sorts of attractions, like Vesuvius, Pompei and the water park . The staff are so amazing Impeccably clean Beautiful atmosphere Elegant dining I like to research and glad I did We loved it ~ and glad we chose our of the way of the coast , as it's just sooo busy at peak season . The pool is fabulous and Cheri's bar alongside it . Large car park Plus visited 2 local eateries ~ one was a pizzeria a few buildings away and a Margarita pizza cost us 3 euros ! And was packed with locals , no wonder ! Great experience overall would love to visit again ~ someday soon . Thankyou to all the staff especially Antonia for all his knowledge and help He's a real asset .

Absolutely nothing… this place was perfect place to relax before our long trek home.

We stayed here at the end of our vacation as a place to relax from the vacation before heading home. The location was spectacular with views of Vesuvius and the grounds, easy links to visit Pompeii, and beautiful grounds to just relax and enjoy. The staff was incredible and top notch, in particular Antonio who went out of his way to make our stay amazing. He was so helpful and attentive to all the details and even arranged our tickets into Pompeii. We will never forget his kind and helpful approach. Giovanni was also someone that went out of his way for us. All the staff were fantastic and it made our stay very memorable.

Remote location with difficult accessibility even though the hotel provides transportation for example to the train. A few maintenance problems for example weak water flow in the shower in one room or weak air conditioning in another room.

We stayed 3 nights, 14 people, in 6 rooms, adults, children, teenagers and even an 80-year-old grandmother. Very large, clean rooms, plenty of parking. Efficient, dedicated, courteous and very helpful staff. Every request and question was answered with kindness and a smile. We had a lot of fun.

Beautiful hotel with great view of Vesuvio and the ocean. The staff here is very friendly and the service is amazing. Free shuttle to the train station is a big plus and the breakfast is very good with beautiful views. The pool is nice and it is a big plus how cosy and quiet the hotel is. Loves seeing guests with their dogs 😁

Lovely, spacious property. Great pool and grounds. Beautiful view of Mt Vesuvius. Room was large and clean with comfortable beds. Staff was helpful and kind. Dinner was great, as was breakfast. We wished we were staying more than just one night! I would highly recommend this hotel as a relaxing respite between your tours of Italian cities or going to Pompeii.

There was nothing not to like!

This is an excellency maintained hotel, on the green slopes of Vesuvius near to Pompeii and ideally placed to explore the local area as well beyond to Sorrento and Amalfi. From the moment we arrived (early for check-in) to be greeted by Antonio we were treated like family. Our room (they are all named after famous artists) was well sized, clean, well equipped and had a balcony with views of Vesuvius and across the bay as far as Capri. They staff and management were attentive at all times (but not intrusive in any way). We hope to have the opportunity to return.

lets start about hotel and the place : its a small but very beautiful hotel , with really nice garden , swimming pool , restaurant and stunning views. the place could look like in a middle of nowhere but for real its in a superb location , vesuvius like in 3km , pompei in 15 mins with car , train station leopardi in 5 mins . hotel is clean and not noisy , comfortable rooms, very good food in their restaurant. prices are not high ( if you compare to the region ) beer in restaurant 3-5e , meals about 20 , aperol spritz 8. but you can forget about anything I have typed above because its nothing compared to stuff … I dont know how to find proper words about the their team , starting from front desk , cleaners , waitress and ending by mr Luciano . everyone super calm , happy and they trying to help you to feel like you are at your family holiday house . we were traveling with small kid , everyone paid attention to him , played with him and tried to let us feel as relaxed as possible . Big thanks to Dominica, our son still smiling then I ring the bell :) what more I want to type is mr Luciano who was our host . 65years old (but looks like 50, and feels like 35) with never ending good attitude , big smile and even bigger heart. so helpful in all our problems and in our needs that i dont even know how to say thanks . the guy who drive us anywhere we want in super speed , making a dishes for our kid , giving super good advices and making coffee for workers who clean the yard by himself . “uncle Luciano” will always stay in our hearts ( I even downloaded the song from his playlist to remember him ) . in short words this hotel is very good , but stuff is worth of 12 of 10 .
